I am a retired school teacher. I hired a consultant from this store who came to my home and sketched up a plan for two living room pieces. Much later, I went into the store to order the furniture. They were confused about who the consultant was, but finally seemed to remember her, she was no longer at the store. We were helped to order fabric for a chair and loveseat. What we did not know is that there is a no return policy for ANYTHING you order fabric for. We ordered and paid in full in June and received the items LATE January. The color of our love seat is a complete clash with our home paint colors. The chair is enormous in our space and too big for my 5' 11" husband. I wish the designer that came to my home had made notes as to the color scheme oF my home. I have no eye for decorating, that's why I paid her to come out. The store should insist that customers take fabric swatches home before ordering. No refund possible, we are out $5434.31 and waited 6 months for the pieces. They offered to help me buy pillows and maybe a rug to fix. If you are rich, and switch out your furniture like a change of clothes go here. Retired person on a fixed income, AVOID.

I’ve had such a good experience purchasing several pieces from Ivy. Everyone in the store was so helpful and there was a good balance of insightful design tips coupled with seeing my vision and enhancing it. Everything we purchased has been great quality and I’m sure we’ll enjoy them for many years to come.
