All the coaches I've interacted with are helpful and encouraging at helping me improve form and technique. The workouts also show results and the other gym goers create a great positive environment. 11/10 would recommend.”
“This place has changed my life. I’ve never been a gym rat but SLC strength and conditioning has built in motivation with the classes. Instructors are attentive and instructive on correct positioning while lifting weights. Great place and super glad I joined!”
“The Front has 3 locations in the Utah area (2 around Salt Lake). This building is absolutely beautiful and has multiple floors of activities. Options for bouldering or top rope climbing (plus multiple auto belays). Really awesome climbing facility with the added bonus of having a cafe with food and coffee on the second floor. There are fitness classes and yoga classes multiple times daily and a free weight gym with machines. Minus one star because in the evenings (especially winter) parking can be absolutely insane -- I sometimes wish they would cap how many members can be visiting at once to improve the overcrowding.”
“Been going to the gym since June and have loved it. The coach's are great and the people & atmosphere are very welcoming. I had never done CrossFit before and was nervous about going, but the gym is a great place to start. Workouts are scaled so you can be a beginner or an Olympic athlete! Everyone can get something out of it. The gym has great schedule options if your life is busy. I've been able to go to classes at 7am, 9 am, noon, 5pm and 6pm.”
