The team is great, very welcoming, and happy to meet you where you are at with your skill level and goals. I did their nutritional challenge along with my first 6 weeks at the gym and really enjoyed the extended data that the InBody scanner provides. I could see not only weight changes but could see how much muscle I was building and fat I was loosing. It helped give me lots of good positive reinforcement for my journey with the food since that is a harder part for me.RXFit has helped me get back into a regular routine for working out and the warm environment and support for my goals provided by the coaches has helped so much. I no longer dread going to the gym or trying to figure out how to get motivated I just know if I show up I will feel good afterwards and have fun!”
“Brycen taught me and my brother an intro class in bouldering and top roping. I was already a little experienced so he was able to cater perfectly for me and also for my bro who didn’t know as much as I did. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely happy to be teaching us where we were at. He made it exciting and fun. If management reads this, get that man a raise. Also the gym itself is rlly nice if you’re considering going here.”
“I've been going to CrossFit EMC for almost a year now. Prior to this I'd never done CrossFit at all and this has been the perfect place to learn. All the coaches I've interacted with are helpful and encouraging at helping me improve form and technique. The workouts also show results and the other gym goers create a great positive environment. 11/10 would recommend.”
