This is my favorite place to shop for furniture. I've found what I'm looking for at an excellent price far more often here than anywhere else in town.

Pretty standard as far as goodwill goes. Not the best selection but not the worst. Parking and donation was easy.

NO STARS THE GOODWILL ON 4500 SO 900 E IN MURRAY UTAH IS THE WORST PLACE TO SHOP PERIOD NOT ONLY ARE THE WOMAN THAT WORK THERE ARE RUDE THEY LET ME PURCHASE A TABLE AND WHEN I DROVE AROUND TO PICK IT UP THEY HAD LOCKED THE DOORS WHEN I WENT TO THE FRONT DOOR AND KNOCKED THEY WAVED ME AWAY TELLING ME THEY ARE CLOSED I INSISTED ON GETTING THE TABLE I PURCHASED THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO COME BACK TOMORROW AND GET IT EVEN THOUGH I GOT THE TICKET THE MAN THAT WORKS IN THE BackTOOK IT TO THE BACK AND SAID DRIVE AROUND WIth the receipt and he would load it he locked the door and put up the gates to the exit. I had to call the police because I did not have a truck to come back the next day to pick it up they let me pay for it and then treated me like a garbage and I will call corporate and management tomorrow I am livid these ignorant people just don't give a shot about customers and will treat everyone the same way shoddy as he'll.

This store is amazing! Love the great finds! I love seeing Michelle-I bring my Mom in -in her wheelchair and Michelle always greets us with a big smile, wave and often a hug. Her caring and kindness is an added bonus to a great time thrifting.

Never enough cashiers. I spend my whole lunch break waiting in line. Why can't you add More cashiers when so many employees are in store stocking shelves?

Visiting from out of town and stopped by to check out this store. It was clean and organized with reasonable prices. The cashier who checked me out was pleasant and friendly.

I saw a gorgeous 1920s dress on a mannequin and wanted to purchase it and Michelle the cashier told me I can't buy it. It's not for sale until the week of Halloween. It has a $50 price tag on it. She was extremely rude about it. I did ask for a manager. She rolled her eyes and she wouldnt get me one. I went back to my car and called the store manger who told me I can buy the dress. I went back into the store and Michelle was telling me I can't buy it. I told her I just talked to the manager Sylvia and she said I can buy it. She told me Sylvia isn't even there. Then the manager sylvia called the front of the store to let them know I can buy it. Michelle was so pissed and walked off to the back of the store. I asked her why is she so obsessed with this dress and if she wanted it hersel and she said yes. It's for the lady in the back. By the time I thought about filming her behavior she was done throwing her fit. I should not have to deal with this much stress just to buy a dress that is for sale.

Nice Goodwill. Lots of clothes, furniture, small appliances, etc. Always see new furniture and items when go. Furniture is reasonably priced, have bought tables and TV stands for under $10.

Just another thrift store. A little junkies than Deseret Industries or Savers. This store has a terrible front end. The cashiers are so slow. It seems to me, that if an item isn't priced, they should just guess. I mean they got it for free

You can't go into a Goodwill store expecting it to be top shelf shopping. But when your expectations are aligned with what the store actually is (a secondhand thrift shop), then you'll be fine. This one has everything you'd expect-clothing, furniture, books, dishes and housewares. I found it to be a bit dirtier than the Savers that I typically visit and the quality of the clothing wasn't as nice. I'm sure that varies depending on what inventory they have available, of course. This one was super popular on a Sunday afternoon-lots of shoppers!

Wish we had more Goodwill stores in Utah. I honestly enjoy buying second hand items that still function perfectly, It’s a great way to recycle and save money. This location is organized, fairly clean, and they always seem to have what I’m looking for. My only gripe is that it’s a bit small, there’s not a lot of aisle space.
