They closed the fitting rooms. I have a disability where my body changes sizes very frequently so I have no idea what size I am or what might fit without trying things on. There had to of been a better solution to their theft and drug problem than to close them for good and ruining it for their good customer base. I can’t shop here anymore. Very sad for the disabled community.

I understand that vandalism from some people in dressing rooms is unacceptable, but to close them completely is ridiculous especially for a place where you can’t return the items if they don’t fit. I much rather go to uptown cheap skate at least you can try on the clothes and they’re cleaner and nicer quality for about the same price, which is crazy. It makes me so sad because I grew up going to goodwill but now it’s just as expensive as higher end thrift stores and you can’t even try on what you buy. So beware if you plan on coming there for clothes, it’s only good for random appliances and decorations now.

Pricing is ridiculous for inventory with permanent markers on it that has signs of wear. 12.99 for stuff I'm getting 19-25 for with fees is stupid if you are a reseller. It's totally understandable that there's not much there for flipping but why do you have to tax with higher prices than Desert Industries, The Other Side of thrift, as an example?! Between the bins and goodwill stores like this I Don't get it?!

Awesome store . Awesome people .Awesome less costly used items .It is a business , so u can expect them to act like one . Oh follow on Instagram and look for the 50% days ,of which they are not nearly not enough of them . But hey 50% off is way better than paying 100 % full price .

Don't bother: Fitting Rooms Permanently Closed
Even if a "lot of thought went into this decision," it was still the wrong corporate decision that adversely affects your good customer base.
*Maybe* if they offered actual returns (not store credit only), I might come back. But giving me two errands (buying bulk clothes, trying on at home, and coming back to return them?) AND no real refund?
Hard pass.
Goodwill had always been my favorite of all the thrift stores, but guess I'm back to the other options around the valley for second hand clothing.

Dressing rooms no longer available. Prices are high not to be able to try something on before you buy.

We went for president's day and got 50% off. The prices were reasonable and there was a wide selection.

This is my favorite place to shop for furniture. I've found what I'm looking for at an excellent price far more often here than anywhere else in town.
