Candy was a great coach for my first cross fit session! She really paid attention to my form and made sure I got the most out of the training. Super friendly gym, awesome experience!

Ron was our coach this morning. Our family of 5 dropped in and had a great workout. Ron was super friendly, encouraging and explained every movement with details and demonstrations. We usually try out different CrossFits throughout our travels but we will be back to CrossFit EMC tomorrow! Tysm!
