Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Service is terrible. Our access code stopped working 6 months ago. We have called management dozens of times. Each time they say they got it working. Each time we show up and it doesn’t work and we can’t access our unit. Stay away

Do NOT rent from Canyon Storage. We have had issues with our access code since the beginning no matter how many times they claim to reset it. We have also had numerous times where we are unable to access our unit during posted business hours because the code doesn’t work and no one is around to help or answer the phone. We were unable to access our items when needed more than once.

Do not rent from Canyon Storage. As a past customer, the facility is not secure and management is awful. Canyon Storage also flag any bad reviews that criticize their terrible business practices to make them appear better than they are.

Had a storage unit here for about a year, found the pricing to be reasonable, access was good, easy to sign up & cancel, and the staff were very professional. Definitely would recommend for storage needs.(Would be nice if you guys had a dumpster for when folks clear out units though)

Absolutely the best storage experience I've had. It was spotless, safe, convenient, and the staff was always helpful & responsive. They gave me white-glove service even though I was a short-term renter. Highly recommend!

I called this facility because our U-Haul trailer situation we reserved wasn't working for our needs and we needed a truck immediately. I spoke with Olivia and I have to say what a joy it was to talk to her! She had impeccable customer service, and took the time to help me figure out my predicament. Because of her, our mini tragedy was avoided. Thank you Olivia!

Highly recommend! I recently was in need of finding a place to store some precious items while closing down a home and moving elsewhere for an extended period of time. I wanted something safe, secure and climate controlled. Canyon Storage was all of those things. Helpful, kind staff. The price given was competitive to other storage facilities nearby. LARGE elevator and hand carts/dollies at each door. Also, the ceilings are really high in the units allowing for large furniture to be stored on its side and boxes to be stacked high. Clean, well-lit, wide hallways made moving in easy. I had to go later at night alone with a last load and felt very secure.
