I definitely enjoyed our room, but the pool was problematic. There was so much chemical in there it left my kids skin burning and ruined my swimsuit. It was literally the first time I wore it and your pool bleached it. How is that even safe? Is it fair I went for an hour swim and my swimsuit is trashed? Is it cool that i had to treat my kids skin last night for what i think was chemical burn? No. As the pictures will show, the navy blue was the original color. The teal, my new bleached color. My kids skin is recovering but it shouldn't have happened

Had a blast here with the kids for the 4th of July. Be sure and get some pastries at the bakery and see the marmosets while you are there.

A beautiful resort located in a beautiful spot.
I watched badgers playing in a grassy area behind the resort while running on the treadmill.
The service is top notch. The employees work hard to create a good experience.
The food served at my meetings was excellent. My wife ate at one of the dining locations onsite, but her experience was not as good. She thought the fries were excellent, but the chicken sandwich was cold in the middle. So it was a reheat deal. She felt that for 28 bucks, it would at least be fresh.
The rooms were generally well kept, except under furniture. I dropped some chapstick that rolled under a chair. It had been awhile since anyone had cleaned under the chair and the bed.
A couple of minor things, but surprising for a resort that is typically excellent.

We love this place. We got engaged here years ago. This time really our only complaint was that our room never got cooler than 76 degrees. We had them deliver 2 fans which helped but it was definitely too warm.

The resort and staff are just outstanding! The room was exceptionally clean, updated and a balcony to enjoy the incredible views. The front desk personnel were super friendly and accommodating. There was an indoor & outdoor pool and the wellness/exercise room is top notch. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

The place is nice but just really needs a little TLC. Some of the faucets didn't work well. The drain in the tub worked but kept coming so the way out. There was a tear in the curtains. Just a couple of little things that need help. But we had a great time. The couples massage was fantastic.

Extremely rude. I tend to never leave reviews even if I am disappointed regarding a place but today was different. I was calling regarding reservations and when I was asking about it a lady hung up on me. I understand not hearing me but she was clearly hearing me because she had responded to one of my questions so that was not an issue. I am not a Karen or anything but I find it disrespectful that she would do that when I called asking questions and she just hung up on me while also having attitude. I am not one to argue either because usually stuff like this doesn’t bother me but I just think that is not good customer service.

I had high hopes considering it had such great reviews. Not sure if I just ended up with the worst room in the worst building but my experience was not like what others mentioned. HVAC wasn’t working properly in my room, called the front desk because it was 80 degrees when we walked in, they suggested I mess with it, I couldn’t ever get it to cool off, when I tried to call back repeatedly no one answered, I gave up and slept with my window open on the ground floor. Fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Half used bottle of body wash and lotion was left for me to use on the bathroom counter instead of new, unused bottles. Carpet was coming apart and the remote didn’t work to the tv (they did however fix that). When I tried to mention the HVAC issue at check out again, they blamed me for not calling them back and also acknowledged that they had talked to me about it, how can it be my fault for not letting them know, yet they knew about it. Spas were broken and overall a ran down, used to be nice resort that now seems like an expensive motel 6. Paint on the ceiling is bubbling from water leaking though out the complex and mildew smell in the hallways. Two good things, great hot water and a comfortable bed.
Thank goodness I was not paying for this place as I had a gift card, I would’ve been pissed, save your money and grab a hotel in park city. I also still have a balance left I won’t be using if anyone wants it, I seriously will not be going back.

We were excited for this Swiss themed hotel, as my GF is from Switzerland. We usually don't stay in hotels this expensive but made an exception for this trip. She had a good time walking through the hotel, finding Swiss city or canton names here and there. The room had nothing really special for the high price we paid for it. Overall our stay was ok. However, problems started after check-out when we received the hotel bill by email (we had asked for it at check-out and they said they could only email it to us). We noticed that they charged us 56$ more than our reservation confirmation said we owed. Since we had booked our stay online via their webpage, we first called Wyndham Customer Support, who said they would call the property on our behalf to solve the issue, but later said they could not assist, and we had to call the property directly. After several attempts to call the front desk, waiting on hold forever and then leaving our phone number for a call back and never receiving a call back, we finally were able to speak to a female employee who did not provide any explanation as to why they had overcharged us, but said she would look at our reservation confirmation if we emailed it to the front desk. We did that and called back about half an hour later. After once again struggling to get a hold of someone, we spoke to a male employee who stated that they would not change their position on overcharging us and that I could call again next week. I asked what difference it would make to call next week, and he said none. It sounded like he hadn't even looked at the reservation confirmation we had just emailed them upon their request. After bringing up the overcharge issue with our credit card company, the property magically refunded us for the overcharge but did not offer any apologies for the inconvenience. We wish we could have solved this issue directly with the property instead of having to escalate things with our credit card company. The front desk staff was not pleasant to deal with, rude and not understanding of our issue. We will not be returning to this property as we were highly disappointed with the treatment we received from the staff there.

This place might have been nice in the 80's, but it hasn't been unkept since then. I've been here 4 days so far and already: - Air conditioning broke and woke up in a sweat at 2am in a room that's over 80 degrees. Had to argue with the clerk just to get another room to sleep in. - Evening staff won't answer the phone. You need to go to the front desk and hit a button to "summon" them out of their little break room. - Shower leaking all over the place soaking the carpet that meets the bedroom. - Clothing dryer will take your money, start but there's no heat. Staff won't refund the money you spent for multiple rounds of broken dryer. - Rooms are really dark and depressing. - Broken machines in the gym - Steam room not working in Men's room. Such a shame cause the town is really nice with great restaurants. Too bad they let this place fall apart.
