The name of the game here is family. It's great for families. However, the management is plainly lacking. Nobody is supervising because if they were, the place would be clean. Nobody is checking to make sure the jobs are being done, and it shows. Also, the lack of a handrail outside the office is an issue. Why remove the old one if there isn't a new one ready to go in? Why make things harder for folks on vacation? Never make your problem, everyone else's problem. Call a decking company and get it done. The rest of your handrails need to be checked, too. They're rusty. Do the job.
Rooms: The rooms are great for families, especially if you don't want to eat out every day. They aren't very clean, though. There was long black hair all over the floor in the bathroom when we arrived. I could take toilet paper and scoop up a wad of the hair. The carpet was stained in many places. The exterior of the building was filthy and covered with spider webs and cobwebs. The whole place needs to be pressure washed monthly. I've seen cleaner motel 6 rooms.
Nearby activities: There are plenty of restaurants with great food but bring a car. There's all kinds of outdoor activities. Watch for ticks. My daughter ended up with one.
Walkability: There is little on the area that is within walking distance.

The location is outstanding, the rooms are incredible and comfy and clean. Service at the front desk was absolutely AWFUL!!! We walked in the front door to check in, we were never greeted, waited a couple minutes and when my friend walked around to see if there was anyone behind the desk, this girl Mia was HIDING so she didn’t have to do her job, never greeted us, and she gave awful customer service, we asked if our room was ready around 1p and she just responded “no and then said idk when it will be ready”. The only reason we came up here this weekend was to celebrate my best friends birthday and she started us off with the wrong vibes and the beginning of this weekend experience was awful. She shouldn’t have the front welcoming job, she doesn’t have the right attitude or face for that.

My wife and I had such an amazing, relaxing, comfortable experience at this property! It is so close to our home in Salt Lake and this is the first time we have ever been there. We will be back for sure! The room was really nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive and gym and pool were clean and well kept up. We saw deer right outside of our window. The golf course is right behind the resort. So many walking and bike paths. Thank you so much and we look forward to our next visit!

Pretty nice place. Service is very quick. Only complaint would be that the driveways weren't salted/plowed before/after it snowed. There's also indoor/underground parking.

Absolutely beautiful!! The rooms are really clean and feel like a home. The scenery is amazing. There's a lot of fun things to do in any season. If you're looking to make great family memories, this is the place!Rooms: Well kept and clean.Nearby activities: Skiing, fishing, hiking, shopping, hunting, parachuting, flight shows, etc.Safety: The roads can get dangerous during the winter.Walkability: It's beautiful walking around!Noteworthy details: Great, helpful and friendly staff!

This is one of my favorite places to take a quick getaway. We have lived 40 minutes away for 30 years, this year we returned after a move 3 states away and it still feels like home. Being tucked in close to the mountains again was my favorite part, except for the deer that we got to see most of the days that we were there.Nearby activities: Right across the street you can soak in a crater where the water is almost like being in a bathtub, yet you get to experience being deep inside the crater. You can take a quick drive over to Soldier Hollow where the cross country aspect of the 2002 Olympics took place and you have activities that you can participate in year round. You are right in the heart of some of the best skiing with several ski resorts within an hours drive.Food & drinks: If you don't find the food that you want in town, you can go over to Park City and experience a variety of restaurants, or you are only an hour from all of the choices you could hope for in Salt Lake or Utah valleys.Noteworthy details: You only have one choice when it comes to the size of rooms. They are all 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. This year we wanted more space than that and we were able to have 2 rooms next to each other.

Any time we are in Utah, we stay at Midway! We love the quiet, beautiful area. The personnel are personable, efficient and kind.
