Very very good pizza, kind of a Neapolitan style, everything tastes super fresh, hella good sauce. I'm going back and bringing a bigger appetite next time.
We're a tiny little neapolitan-ish pizzeria in a 120-year old brick house. Everything is sourced as locally as possible with a seasonal menu of pizzas and small dishes based around what local farmers are selling. We use locally milled organic flour, organic tomatoes, and always have something new on the menu.
