Friendly and patient customer service and everything shipped as ordered. No damage to goods and arrived in a bubble packet for safe shipping. I was looking for a place to buy some food storage items and some backpacking gear. I found it all at Nitro-Pak for excellent prices. The customer service was great and I got my order in very short order. Love this place! Will continue to use them for my future needs.

We have used Nitro-Pak for some time now. We use them for food storage and emergency prep. I had an issue with a product and they promptly took care of the issue. They are workable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. They are better priced than anyone we could possibly use.

Greatly frustrated. Tried to order some Aladdin Watchman shelf lamps using their 110% Low Price Guarantee. I provided the website and phone number of the company offering the lamps at a lower price for Nitro-Pak to match. Nitro-Pak called the company to confirm the cheaper price for the lamps and called me back stating they (Nitro-Pak) had just removed this lamp from their website and will no longer offer it for sale - what a disappointment for what I was led to believe was a reputable company. The least Nitro-Pak could have done was make it right due to my identifying a product on their website they no longer offer within their website. Nitro-Pak just lost what someone who would have become a loyal customer.

I personally have a lot of respect for Nitro-Pak and the team behind it. I look for someone with experience and product knowledge when making a choice where to buy my essential prepper needs. My family trusts and uses NP for these products. I'd recommend looking into their long term meal kits. If you ever are in the situation where you need to use these food kits you'll be thankful you're living like a human on the calories it really takes to function. These guys are the fastest at shipping I have ever experienced as well! God Bless and prepare on!
