I had a very good experience with Lyndy. She is fast and precise. She did a fabulous job on my eyebrows and I was beyond pleased. I had been researching artists for some time and her work is by far the best. She worked with my ever changing schedule with no problems. She is honest and promotes her business well. Thank you Lindy! I signed up for a micro-blading class, got covid, notified her BEFORE my class started and She has so far refunded half of my money!! It has taken some time but I truly appreciate her cooperation and honesty so far. Will remove this post once I receive all my money back. Thank you!!

Lyndy stole my friends money. And has not responded to her and has blocked her. Very unprofessional and ILLEGAL to take someone’s money when you did not give them the service that they paid for. I get if things come up, but that’s when you return the money. Not keep it and block them and not give them the service they paid for. Unethical and tacky

I have been going to Lyndy since 2018 and was always pleased with her work. She moved from Utah (where I live) to Idaho Falls and because I trusted her work, I took a day off work and traveled there for my annual touch-up. Prior to the appointment I told her that one eyebrow was just a shade higher than the other one. She looked and commented that it was uneven and even asked if I had someone else do my brows; no one but Lyndy has touched them. Anyone who's had their eyebrows microbladed knows it's not a walk in the park; by the end of the appointment, my eyes were watering, at which point, Lyndy had me look in a tiny hand mirror to determine if they looked good. I told her I thought they did but asked her if she thought they looked good; she assured me they looked great. I didn't look in a mirror again until I got home and was shocked at how asymmetrical my eyebrows were! I immediately texted her with a picture asking her to make it right. Her response was that I asked her to not fill in that part on one brow, indicating I wanted my eyebrows asymmetrical??? It was interesting and extremely off-putting how she deflected the blame to me; she was hired to do a service, which was to make my eyebrows look good/symmetrical, and did not follow through with that service (see attached picture). Instead of standing behind her work and trying to make it right, she said she wouldn't be in Utah again for three months. I told her I couldn't wait three months and in looking at alternatives (most microbladers require you pay the cost of the service as if it were your first time to fix others' mistakes) asked for a refund as I would be paying several hundred dollars just to correct her mistake. She refused and said if I want to go that route, it was fine with her. It amazes me how easily she could discard a loyal customer. Had she accepted responsibility and discussed ways to make it right rather than shut down and expect me to own the blame for her service, maybe I wouldn't leave this review (I definitely wouldn't go to her again for my eyebrows regardless of her response). As it stands, my advice is to stay far away from Lyndy; you may get what you want for a while, but she will mess up and when she does, the customer is most definitely not right.

UNPROFESSIONAL! I won a giveaway with a value of $350-$500 on April 5th 2021 and has now blocked me. She doesn’t respond to messages in a timely manners. When I messaged her through messenger (because she never answered the phone) to book my appointment she took her 2 days to respond to that, but other messages took her over a month to respond to. She didn’t remember the value of the prize she was giving away and asked for screenshots of what she posted. She booked me for the wrong day, which I didn’t find out about until the day before because I sent her a message confirming my appointment. She told me she would message me that night to reschedule me for the next week (today). She didn’t message me, I messaged her to ask if she had found a time slot for me twice. She left me on read. I messaged her to tell her I could see that she had been leaving me on read and that if she couldn’t reschedule me to please let me know and that I thought it was unfair that she was no longer responding to me. Her response was that she didn’t have to explain why she was leaving me on read and that she was going to redo the giveaway and pick someone more understanding. When I tried to respond to that she blocked me. She was supposed to try and reschedule me for today, she stopped replying because she hadn’t had enough time when seeing my messages before but somehow when she felt accused, she had time to type all that out? She could have rescheduled me in less time than it took her to type that out.

I searched for years and followed her work closely for a long time before committing to get my brows done. She did a great job when i got them done in July and I was really happy with them, however when it came to trying to schedule my touch up a couple months later, her communication lacked. I gave up and tried again months later (February) with little response. When she wasn't able to schedule me, she told me to text her or send her a message on her Instagram which I did next. I moved out of state and reached out to try to attempt scheduling knowing I had an upcoming visit, again horrible at responding time and when she got back to me, she was also booked and didn't try to help finding another time. A couple weeks after that I reached out again (more than a month in advance) to schedule for a trip I was going to make in July. It's been a month now. I've sent her 3 messages on her cell phone number and Instagram page as she requested previously. I can see that she's viewed my messages, but she chooses not to respond. It's extremely frustrating because when looking at getting my brows done by someone else, they consider it a "correction" and want to charge me more because someone else did my brows. I wish she was more communicative and helpful, but that's just not the case. I really liked her work, but my experience with her communication (lack of) outweighs her work which is why I gave 3 stars.

RED FLAG: Do NOT do business with a vendor who advertises on FB but doesn't permit customer reviews. That's your first RED FLAG for Image Artistry Lyndy Landon.MINUS FOR:No appointment unless you pre-pay.No refund if you cancel appointment even w/2-wks notice.No follow-up communication post-treatment.No customer-focus in attitude or demeanor.Minus four the "clinic". Its disorganized with miscellaneous supplies lying about, and doesn't feel like a beauty salon whatsoever.There is nothing special about IA for which you should drive to Midway. You can get as good or better service in actual saliva for the same or better price in Salt Lake, Davis and Utah ounties.It seems that in the mind of this business owner,Image Artistry comes First. Customers are Second.Even with more than 2 weeks notice, Image Artistry Lyndy Landon refused to refund appointment fee.If you want to change an appt, you won't hear from her.If you have an appt booked, the vendor may call you the morning while you are driving to MIDWAY and tell you that she forgot about your appointment and can't see you.If you try to provide feedback, like you'll see in the screenshots, you will be essentially told "I Don't Care".The screenshots speak for themselves.This vendor still has not refunded a $30 booking fee for an appt requested to be canceled 2 weeks in advance.WRT her posts about customers complaining about her mandatory "be on time or forget it" policy, any other business will gladly accommodate you if you need to adjust your schedule, without complaint, and without additional fees.Final Note: Once you have received a treatment from this vendor, you will get zero to no response to followup questions.In the Beauty and Fashion industry, I have never come across a more difficult person to deal with. No salon of any kind has ever told me "Make sure to be on time." If you've received treatment from Image Artistry Lyndy Landon, your mileage may be different than mine, but ZERO stars for this stub vendor.

This is not a business Lyndy has her own schedule in her head it doesn’t matter if you are a client. She travels and in her prices she includes a touch up which is needed with any microblading procedure. Apparently it can take 6weeks or 6 months to receive the touch up. The interesting thing is Lyndy is the only one who knows that. But if you contact her multiple times over and over with out a call back. She will not take any responsibility for not calling you back. Then if you point all of this out to her she will say you are attacking her character and you are the rude one? She left my friend botched and is refusing to work with her because she is upset that my friend is feeling discouraged due to her incompetence. Beware people if you have a 6 months to wait around with eyebrows that are not finished go for it. But if you are like me and want a professional stay away

————ZERO STARS————I had an appointment with Lyndy on October 12, 2019 for microblading. I was told my paid in full appointment included a follow up touch up appointment in 2 months. I tried contacting her twice in December, left her voicemail messages on her business line (same number of initial appointment). She had never returned my calls. I had someone reach out to her via Facebook Messenger a week after my last message. She requested I use her personal cell phone number to contact her. She still did not reply. I requested someone reach her via Facebook again.Lyndy finally messaged me back and said she’ll finish the service when she gets around to it. She doesn’t have any set dates and sometimes could be up to 6 months. This is not something I was told.She has been completely unprofessional. She has told me that she does not want to work with me and to find someone else. She did not complete her services and has left my eyebrows botched.I will be reporting her to BBB.

Worst customer service. I can’t believe how unprofessional this gal is. Go somewhere else where they can treat you with respect.
I drove for 2 hrs to get to this place, unfortunately my phone died and made it even harder to find. When you (The owner) told me that I had to reschedule I understood, that’s why, despite the drive I just turned around and left, but, the harsh, nasty text you sent me an hour later was unnecessary and extremely unprofessional.
Everything happens for a reason and I’m so glad you did not have the chance to put your hands on me.
And no, you didn’t wait 35 minutes, you left after 15 minutes, plus you didn’t lose anything either because you charged $50.00 on my credit card.
P.S. I never received a policy, text or email with ANY instructions, the only thing I received previous to my appointment was 3 phone calls from your assistant so eager to take my credit card information.
