Great experience. Jackson was really helpful and super polite. We rented skis and a snowboard and we were in and out in 10 minutes.

We had an absolutely HORRENDOUS experience at Adventure Haus in midway. For starters I'd like to talk about how HORRIBLE the trail instructions were. We rented a RZR for a few hours with the hopes of a fun afternoon exploring the trail. Unfortunately the EXTREMELY VAGUE paper map they gave us was absolutely USELESS once we got up there. The map only depicted one possible route to follow. However,once you actually start there are quite literally DOZENS of potential trail options & forks with very few signs offering helpful instruction. We often found ourselves taking the wrong trail which resulted in us getting completely lost in the woods for an hour and a half with zero cellphone service. They also had us download an app that was supposedly supposed to show us our location on the trail which was a very unintelligent move on their part due to the fact it's a dead zone up there when it comes to cell service. Once we got back to drop off the RZR after getting lost 3 times, Matt displayed one of the most OUTRAGEOUS examples of "customer service" I have ever seen in my life. He proceeded to immediately yell at us for being late, he stated that he was going to charge us $268 dollars as a late fee which he ended up doing. Not only is this considered bad faith conduct from a legal standpoint, it is also extremely UNREASONABLE due to the simple fact that we got lost so many times because of their horrible guidance as apposed to negligence on our part. We calmly explained to Matt the issues we had with the map, their app, and the fact that we found the charge of $268 to be very unfair. He didn't care then proceeded to yell terrible profanities/ insults at us IN FRONT OF hotel guest, staff, & any other passers by. He even continued to yell at us as we calmly began to walk away. I'm not even the type of person to leave bad reviews but I genuinely feel like Matt & Adventure Haus have gone above and beyond to earn this one. Not only was their approach & customer service absolutely terrible, they also have no problem when it comes to being in breach of THEIR OWN contract between them & their customers. We will be seeing then in court very shortly!

Jonathan at Stillwater helped me outfit my family (a bunch of beginner snowboarders) with gear. It was the easiest and fastest rental experience that I have ever had. Jonathan was really helpful with expert advice, too, patiently answering all our questions.

6 hour rental was great - sounds long but it is just the right amount of time to do all their major routes with a few stops to picnic, take photos, etc. Great views along the park roads. Very nice personnel at the office including Kambra who was great.

I brought my own gear, so didn't rent, but many in our group did rent skis from Adventure Haus. It is conveniently located near the entrance door to Zermott Hotel. I bought a new Giro Helmut here with the built-in eye shield. Yay!! No more goggles for me + I can wear my regular prescription glasses under the shield.

If you have considered renting a Polaris Razr, go do it. It was a blast! Edwin made sure we understood the maps and timing, plus the 2022 Razr had gps, backup camera and Bluetooth stereo.

Jackson was great. He knew all the trails and explained the course to us. My nervous wife was out at ease with his willingness to show her the gps and how everything in the buggy worked. We bought the 2 hour tour but went long as we went slower than suggested and stopped to take lots of pictures. The trails were great! Around every corner there is something more magnificent to look at. America has the best scenery! Pictures can not convey the vastness and size of the mountains properly. 10/10 would book again.

Great company and customer service. We had to reschedule last minute and Matt was happy to accommodate. They mapped out a scenic trail which took us through spectacular mountainside views and crystal clear creeks. Grab your camera and get ready to enjoy Utah the way it was meant to be!

Opted to use Adventure Haus for alpine ski equipment rental while visiting Midway, UT and staying at the Zermatt Resort during early March 2022. Utilized the online rental reservation option and found it to be straightforward and a time saver, plus, equipment rental rates were most competitive compared to the other rental sources. The Adventure Haus associates were very accommodating and professional with a high degree of personal attention. The location is very attractive for those staying at the Zermatt Resort, plus, you have the convenience of optimizing your equipment to suit the various slope conditions of the Wasatch Range.
