Teller ran my cash advance in 2 separate advances adding to the amount I asked for. I don't know why. But there was an additional 15$ fee that they didn't even bother to inform me about. Thanks zion bank!!

I visited recently to grab a bit of extra cash, and went inside for a chat with the staff. (I'm a client of a different bank, as I told them.) They were very friendly and accommodating, at length. But I also earlier complained about some sidewalk safety issues and they did nothing about it. So, it's a bit of a mixed review ... don't abuse the staff, though, they're good people.I wish they'd get the sidewalks fixed.

This is the worst managed bank or business I have ever tried to do business with . I have no idea why it's open , it's a complete disaster

My sister is going through breast cancer and chemo. She has had an account w It’s zions for 20 years. In 2014 they got mail returned and they never asked about an updated address, but kept charging $3 a month for sending her paper statements, then even though she has this monthly charge they charge her $5 a month for a dormant. How is it dormant if she is charged monthly?? Then when her balance goes below $1000 due to these monthly charges they had another $10 fee. Why isn’t she checking her account online? Cause she has to go into the bank to set that up. They make online banking as inconvenient as possible. When she finds out about their scam she requests a refund of all these fees and they will only refund three months. Some of these fees she has been charged for years. She’s told this is what she agreed to when she signed up 20 years ago. Please where can we go online to see what she agreed to? Not recommended to bank here.

My dad went thru the drive thru and when he went home he realized they didnt put his driver’s license on the envelope he went back and the teller told him he did and insisted that he did when he didnt. The next Monday we went and asked if maybe someone had returned it and the manager said he will check for us. The same teller told the manager he did returned it to my dad and the manager didn’t even bother to check if someone had returned it he proceeded to say the worker had giving it back to us when my dad didnt had it. I asked him repeatedly if he could please just check and he kept telling me no he’s teller said he had given it back and that was just his answer. So now we have to make and appointment for him just to get another driver’s license .. worst costumer service

I live in the neighborhood and needed some cash for the laundromat across the street. No dice. I even offered to open an account with them since they wouldn’t take a check from another bank. After waiting too long for the account-opening chick to get off the phone, I drove across town to my credit union’s ATM and then back to my neighborhood laundromat. I know Zions is a big corporate business, but this is a small neighborhood branch among real people with real needs. Kinda feels like they’ve forgotten who keeps them in business.

I've been with Zions for 14 years and quite satisfied. They're always friendly and helpful, albeit a bit slow (hence my 4 stars – but I don't blame branch employees for that; such is the way of corporate America, making one person do the job of two or three.) *More than once when I have been traveling, they have temporarily locked my card as a safety measure and then called me to verify it was me making the purchases far from home – I love that they do this! I was once hacked for close to $600 and they got me my money back quite quickly.

Decided to use the drive thru for the first time after usually coming inside. Took 5x longer to do a simple deposit and change, because they prioritize the inside customers first, and their systems went down.

I have been a loyal Zions Bank customer for over 20 years. I tell all of my friends to bank at Zions! I also believe in 2nd chances. Well, this location has had 5 or 6 chances and every single one of them has been an awful experience. Today I went in because they lost my paperwork. I waited 15 minutes to be helped because only one teller was on staff. Finally another clocked in and was helping me. The manager stopped him after 10 more minutes and said it was her job and rudely told me to go sit down. Soon the bank was empty and I was the only one left. 15 minutes later, she told me to come in, only to be told that now I have to bring more paperwork that they didn't tell me before. So I was there for almost 45 minutes just to be told that I didn't have what they needed, even though they were the ones who lost it in the first place.

This location always seems to have problems with their ATM machine. Which causes me to have to drive to a different location. Mind you, other locations aren't that close together, like say the 7-11's are.
