Probably the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever encountered. They give you the wrong information about your prescription being ready, when it’s not. When your life depends on taking this one medication and you keep getting the round around it’s not a situation you want to be in. Called and was put on hold for over an hour just to get hung up on

Closed due flooding a few weeks ago, then closes early a few days after the flooding to "fix" it. Then allows vaccine appts to be scheduled, then closes pharmacy without any notification that appt was cancelled (to fix the flooding again), and to top it all off two guys at the front counter are more interested in counting money in the till than serving the only customer in line.

Used the phone system yesterday to refill a medication, which they said would be ready yesterday around 2pm. I went today to pick up my refill around 12pm and they said it wasn’t ready and that it would take about 20 minutes to refill. No problem. I went and ran other errands and came back 3 hours later. They said again that it wasn’t ready and this time it would only take 15 minutes. Again I went and ran other errands and this time I got a message at 4:58pm saying my meds were ready and that the pharmacy was open until 6. I get there at 520pm and see that the drive thru is closed and when I went inside there was a sign that said the pharmacy closed at 5pm until further notice. When I talked with the manager about the misleading voicemail, he told me I should have looked online. Very unhelpful and a very frustrating situation. Wasted my gas and my time. Will be switching to another pharmacy.

UPDATE: I think the pharmacists name is Yuki. She should not be working there or be allowed to be a pharmacist with how many reviews ive read just on HER. Oh man if I could give 0 stars I would. The lady pharmacist I don't know her name but she has an accent she is SO RUDE. They made a mistake on THERE end not MINE. I will be switching pharmacies. I truly believe the lady pharmacist, black hair and has an accent I believe she is racist or has discrimination to certain people. I wanted to talk to someone above her but I doubt that's gonna happen. I just read all the reviews and it seems to be a trend. The techs however are nice, one that is blonde she is very nice and understanding but I have an issue with the lady pharmacist. I've never been treated so rudely.

Get this pharmacy some help! They are so short staffed that customer service has gone way down. This used to be a quick, friendly pharmacy, it was my go-to for all my prescriptions. But now I order a refill first thing in the morn & it’s still not done by 7:30 pm & forget about calling to see when you can pick it up! They don’t even have time to answer the phone! GET THEM SOME HELP so they can go back to being the best pharmacy around!

I couldn't even give 1 star to these guys are racist and extremely poor customer service. So bad if I had time to boycott the store I definitely would. Particularly the "Pharmacy Staff" they discriminate against all those on pain medications, and or Medicaid. Lord help you if your black and on pain medications or Medicaid. I was had to wait several hours even though they had the prescriptions a day prior. I kept getting the run around "we have to verify the prescription with the doctor again, then we need to get clearance from Medicaid, then sorry we don't have enough, or they try to steal part of your prescription by shorting it without the opportunity of coming back for the remainder when they come in. I have had issues with my whole family's prescriptions from this location and this location only.

The pharmacist is a total quack they have hung up on me after confronting them about making me wait 3 days to fill my medication. I was told it would take a total of 2hr to 2 days to fill that it's now been 4 days they are unprofessional an lazy

Employee followed my friend and I around the store while I was already having a panic attack and just trying to get sandwich bags and a candy to make my day better.
You suck at being subtle and the blonde bearded cashier has a gang tattoo on his wrist.

Quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever been. I’ve ordered photos from here that were printed literally a week late after the event I needed them for had been long gone even though they promised they’d be done in 48hours. Just went to get a required immunization, they let you make the appointment and don’t have the vaccine for the appointment they allow to schedule for. Then let you sit there for 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time before they help you just to tell you they wasted your time. Prescription refills take hours and when you go to pick them up they still aren’t done. This place is awful and needs new management.

I was just profiled my the ppl at the walgreen for being brown and with tattoo and all I was tryna do is deposit money in my chime account the first person the money is fake the second person didn’t know the policy to deposit the money and the third person for is the manger the mr. A lol he was not better he didn’t even know if they can or not and then proceeded to say it was frowned upon lol to do so yet and other wallgreens I go to they do it and super happy to help I would really would suggesting about the employees here and the discrimination policy here and the chime policy I think u need training in that area

Constantly having to call or go in and physically sort out my medications. I get my cats pills filled easier faster, and more correctly at the vets. Once called and waited on hold for 45 minutes only to have them answer and then quickly hang up on me. Will shortly have all my scripts changed to a different store entirely. I will never shop or have medications filled at a Walgreens again!

The people here aren't terrible, they're always polite and friendly but they NEVER have my medication. I know it's not necessarily their fault but it's extremely frustrating. I have had to go without daily meds for months at a time more than once over the past couple of years. You're probably asking why I don't just go to another pharmacy. I've tried, they all tell me they're not accepting new patients for my medication so I am stuck with this location it seems. Don't go here if you need ADHD meds. You will be lucky if you can fill it every other month.

I like this pharmacy a lot is the closest one to my home I have lived here for 14 years in the same city but I have seen the whole store decline cosmetically and the cleanliness could be better, at least if they wipe clean the entrance doors and remove hand and finger prints wouldn't give that run down store look alikeAlso the carpets at the entrance need to be replaced because they're really worn out
