I have just started going to this specific Walgreens. The other one I used never had my medication in stock so I was forced to go somewhere else. This store, so far, seems to be easier to work with than my previous one.
There’s hardly a line at their drive-thru or in their store. Their customer service in the pharmacy and store is both top notch. They seem to have things still in stock, even during a good sale. Their store and restrooms are both clean. Their pharmacist is very knowledgeable and answers my questions when I have them. They fill my required prescriptions within a good amount of time.
Speaking of time, my only complaint would be the timing of their daily lunch break (which I understand is a Walgreens policy so not the stores fault). I also understand they need a lunch but the timing seems kinda weird to me. I always end up going right at their lunch time because that is when house duties and my work allow for. I end up having to wait until they come back from lunch because it’s at such an inconvenient time. I wished they’d look into that a little more and change it.
Overall this is a clean and friendly store. I’ll continue to go here.

I’m very unhappy my daughter went to pick up her prescription before she was leaving out of town and the pharmacy was closed. She was not notified that she wouldn’t be able to pick up her prescription. She talked to someone the day before to see if it was ready for pick up and they told her it would be ready for pick and that she could get tomorrow morning the open at 9am. When I talked to someone today they said they were not sure if they would be able to open today that’s why they didn’t notify anyone. This is very frustrating and so disappointing. If they knew it was even a possibility they should have notified her or even told her when she talked to someone the night before.

In town for medical surgery and all three times we’ve needed a prescription there have been issues. We would get a phone call saying prescription would be ready by a certain time. All three times we’d arrive well after the pickup time and prescription was not ready.

I get prescriptions filled here which hasn't seemed to be an issue, but do not get disposable cameras developed here. Took 2 weeks longer than the time they gave me. Also I took a camera with 27 photos taken and only got 17 photos. On top of that I asked for double prints and only got single prints. Absolutely horrible, I am pissed that I am missing a third of my photos.

Pharmacy has lied to me over and over about my prescription. I cannot change pharmacies unfortunately due to a shortage and no other pharmacies able to take me. I need this medication for my mental health. The pharmacist “Yuki” flat out told me she’s refusing service to me due to me being upset about them lying about the stock and prices. On the phone they tried to say I was using online doctors which I am not. My dr is local. For some reason they do not like me therefore they are trying to do whatever they can to not give me my prescription. It’s illegal for them to refuse me.

The Caucasian Male Pharmacist and Caucasian Female Brown hair "new: Tech are horrible. If I could file a law suit against both of them I would. I certainly pray that what goes around comes around. If they had to be in my body for 5 minutes not only would they not be able to handle it the certainly would not be harrassing me about giving me my medication. I have jumped through every single hoop they give. I have provided my Insurance Company exactly what they need, I was told today that my meds have been approved for 1 year and to call Walgreens on State Street in Midvale to fill my prescription. I even called to make sure my prescription would be filled. I was then told to call back in one hour, when I did I was told that my meds were at the West Jordon location, that seemed wrong to me but after 3 weeks without my meds I went there. The gal made me wait in the drive through line for about 30 minutes, then she hands me my meds, I could tell something was wrong after I had the meds in hand. She had given me 8 pills and then told me the 120 pills were at the Midvale location. I drive all the way over there to be treated like garbage, like a criminal. The RUDE Tech in Training told me that since I had the 8 pills then i cannot get my 120 pills, they she changes her mind and tells me that my Doctor has to call in. It is Friday night! For three weeks these two have treated me like trash. One day, I hope it is pay back time and they get what they deserve, Terrible Customer Service! They do not even deserve a ONE star.

Love this location. The pharmacy staff is THE best - always finding the best price for their customers and very efficient.Product assortment is great and they have an ATM.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy chain on the planet. Especially this store. I'm so relieved to find out my old pharmacy is back to taking my insurance. This Walgreens has lied, contradicted itself, made up rules constantly. There are a few staff members that are down right rude to you. They argue with you, even though your doctor said a specific thing. But they will change it, and tell you that's how it is. You're not the doctor. Your job is to fill med orders from actual prescribing doctors. Happily done with this place!

Every time I pick up medication, it takes longer than usual. any other wal greens takes 30 minutes, their staff are extremely slow and disrespectful. I highly recommend not going to this wal greens. This is the guy right here. Named Branson. Horrible service

Sat on hold today with the pharmacy for over an hour just to be hung up on. They recently changed over the pharmacy staff and they are completely incompetent. There is no urgency to their work. The only good one there is the one who stayed from the old staff. The head pharmacist is so rude and inconsiderate. I know workers are hard to come by, but, have a little bit of customer service.

Technicians are very unfriendly whether you call in or go into the store to pick up a prescription or ask about one. When you walk into the store to pick up a prescription they're very unfriendly when they greet you and when you go to leave. I've been to many other pharmacies and you are greeted very friendly and you feel very uncomfortable here at this Walgreens. My parents are elderly and they come in to this location to pick up prescriptions and they are treated very very rude my poor father does not like going in there because of the way the girls treat him if he had nowhere else to go that's close to his house I would not have him go there they need to have a team meeting until these girls to step up their professionalism

If you are going to say you take walk-ins for vaccines online, maybe you should do it. Don’t waste your time going here if you are a walk-in.
