This branch is notoriously slow. Today I waited at the drive up window for 16 minutes to make a simple withdrawal. They were slow getting to me in the first place and then said they'd be right back. After ten minutes I thought they'd forgotten me so I honked. A different person came and said someone would be right with me. In the time it took him to tell me that he could have finished my transaction. I waited another five minutes before someone actually completed my 10 second transaction. They said they were short handed, but it's always like that at that location. I think the problem isn't being short staffed, I think it's poorly managed. The other locations are not like that. So frustrating.

They sure did not trade up when they got a new branch manager. Toukata is not very professional in her dealings with other businesses, just a heads up.

Brad Monson, the branch manager, is horrible and the branch has suffered tremendously under his leadership. He doesn't follow though, return phone calls or take accountability for mistakes he or his employees make. I went so far as to contact the CFPB about their internal issues, lack of oversight and management. Their conduct is damaging to customers. US Bank has gone downhill in general, but this branch should be avoided if you value your time of money.
