Eli rocked my world. I'm a chronic foundation hater. I really hate how most foundations I've tried feel like they suffocate my skin. But I'm in a wedding next week and I KNOW I'm going to have the puffiest reddest face from happy tears, so foundation is kinda an unavoidable necessity if i want to get good pictures.
Eli heard me out and recomended a few sensory-friendly makeup choices. We found my perfect shade in a light, but full coverage foundation. They also hooked me up with a great concealer and a nice blush in my price range.
Damn good customer service from Eli.

My cashier experience wasn’t the best, it felt passive aggressive after the first time, that our cashier couldn’t figure out how to handle our transaction on a company’s tablet. We stood their waiting for a couple minutes and then was told to go back to the counters to proceed our transaction. After that, we decided not to spend more time trying to set up for the 20$ off and would rather just pay and leave. Our cashier was very passive about us, declining our new decision and kept instigating that we should after we had told her twice “no”. After leaving, I felt uncomfortable with the interaction. ? is her name.

I went in on a Friday evening to pick out a Mother's day gift. Which I already knew exactly what to get... I didn't get a "welcome in" or a "can I help you find something?" a blonde SHORT HAIRED lady passed by me 3 times & avoided eye contact which I thought was WEIRD.
When other customers came in the workers let it be know that THEY were welcome. Which is GREAT. Treat every customer the same!
I was unbothered due to the FACT that I didn't need help finding what I NEEDED.
On mother's day (2 days later) I went in AGAIN to finish my shopping.... this time I was with my friend and daughter and we got a "hi".
I had to ask the lady with long black hair with pretty makeup for help because, again I was ignored.
I wanted to get the bigger bottle so I HAD to ask for assistance, she then told me about how they were out of stock because people kept stealing the Carolina H. Blush perfume sample bottles.
I didn't even ask for a sample, so I am a little confused about that unnecessary information. I said "oh, well I just need to buy one."
ANYWAYS.... even though I live 5 min away from Fort Union I will continue my business and spend my money at West Jordan or West Valley locations. ✌️

My experience was amazing! I went in just a couple minutes ago, I don't really know much about skin or hair care but I was there with my sister for her birthday. We needed a little help finding some things and this worker in a bright pink dress (I never got her name) helped us. She was very friendly and happy and I'm so happy she helped us. She gave my sister tips and advice on her hair and skin as well! And the girl at checkout was outstanding! She had black hair with a pink fade! She was so friendly and very happy! The customer service in this store is outstanding! These workers deserve a raise or something they were all wonderful

I finally found someone who cut and colored my hair exactly how I wanted it! Justin is a miracle worker, very experienced. He listened carefully at what I wanted and discussed my options fully.I am so excited at how it turned out. I got two colors and some accents added. It has such good shine and dimensions.During the cut, he had me check on the length I wanted before cutting more. It was a very pleasant experience, lots of laughing.I will be back in a few months.Thank you, Justin!

Justin Olsen and I were Cosmetology Instructors several years ago at the same beauty school. He was the top instructor specializing in Vidal Sassoon and i have to say Justin the best at Ulta Salon Midvale not to mention in the SLC area. I plan stay with him till he retires, because it’s such a great feeling that i.l can trust him and his expertise. Thanks my friend for always being a perfectionist. And making me a beautiful blonde.
