Berge did an awesome job helping me get my watch working again. It ended up being a whole process but he basically handled everything from getting my watch shipped to communicating with the original manufacturer for parts. It was definitely a lengthy process but well worth it.

I would not recommend Tresor Jewelers. Their Fort Union store has very irregular hours, they do not answer their phone, and they do not return phone calls. It took us a couple of months of calling and dropping by the store before we finally caught someone there. Then it took them a quite while to find the earrings they had repaired. The second star is because the repair appears to have been successful, but otherwise, the experience was nothing but frustrating.

Berge fixed up a family heirloom watch and made the entire process incredibly easy. The watch works great and looks incredible after a cleaning. Everyone I have dealt with at Tresor was incredibly friendly and transparent. Definitely a great family owned business that can take care of your jewelry needs.

Nelly is the absolute best to work with - she was so caring for what myself & my girlfriend Sophia is looking for. She went out of her way & spent 30 minutes with us helping make decisions, no pressure & free of charge. So helpful, so honest and very friendly. Helped me and my mom appraise some jewelry. He was very thorough and polite. I found out he's a collector of comics, among other things and I will gladly do business with them in the future.

Absolutely recommend this place!Love love love berse and every other person who works here(both locations)! He was so helpful and sweet! Brought my broken engagement ring in and they went above and beyond to help us(IN ONE DAY!!!!) They were seriously so amazing and I 100% will be recommending this shop to anyone with any jewelry needs. Will be going back to purchase a wedding band because of how amazing they were with my engagement ring! And they have great prices! Also my ring has never been more sparkly(not even the day of my engagement!)

This place was warm and welcoming from the very start! The fella working here was charismatic and knowledgeable. He really helped us understand the features of different stones. Absolutely wonderful business. :) And the selection is STUNNING!

I just had one of the best customer service experiences here. I walked in to get a few links removed on my watch and was greeted by one of the friendliest people I've ever met. I believe his name was Berge based on other reviews, but I feel bad that I did not ask now that I'm writing this review. He was so kind, personable, and I felt immediately connected to him after sharing our love of basketball, familiarity with SoCal/LA county, and a little watch talk. I can't gush enough with how friendly he was and how quickly he was able to remove the links, set the time, and date on my watch. I want to come back soon just to visit, browse the amazing selection of jewelry, and just have a genuinely enjoyable conversation with one of the nicest and most authentic people I've met as a customer.
