“Effective hand off of our shipment from the long distance carrier to Diamond Line and they were VERY prompt in getting our five, large, heavy boxes to our Cabin in Fish Haven, Idaho...not exactly on the beaten trail. Billy and Dave were good humored and very helpful getting the boxes where we needed them.”

“More than a month ago they sent me a package, the package was first delayed because according to it, there was a problem with the navy. After that, according to these people, the package already arrived in Venezuela but it turns out that customs has detained it and the only thing they knew how to say is that they would call when they release the package. We are already going for two months in a few days and nothing.EDIT:The package arrived at its destination, all safe, in perfect condition and without mishaps. Late but safe.”

“Amber J went above and beyond the title of shuttle driver, and she actually saved the day! She had taken me from Snowbird to get some keys made, so that I could leave them for my nephew as I left the resort today. We got down the mountain and I had checked a couple of times to make sure I had the keys that needed to be cut. NEVER thought to check for my wallet until I was checking out!!! She could not have been nicer about it, loaned me the cash, I was able to pay for my keys, and we drove back up the mountain. Not everyone you encounter would have been as kind as she was to me. I look forward to my opportunity to pay this great deed forward. I thanked her several times, and she said that she did for me what she hoped someone would do for her!!! I will remember her kindness for a long time!!”
