I'd like to be able to choose to rub my car with a brush or not. I would always choose not, rinsing off the dirt with a pressure washer before the automatic wash is quite sufficient. Unfortunately guys sometimes scratch the car with the brush, I realize it's not on purpose.

Workers cool and notices what needs more attention, machines are clean and equipment is new and not ran through by all the off roaders who destroy our Utah car washes.
Overall is a good car wash especially if your car isn’t caked or super dirty and just want a touch up. I took my not so dirty car, mine had some typically cake on the doors from the rain and dirt of freeway driving yet wasn’t able to clean it off like I said if your car doesn’t have hard grime and film which I had a small amount of, this is the place to go without any damages but if you want it clean clean as always I would use a self wash and evaluate the equipment there !

I went in for the free car wash and signed up for their 5$ a month for the 1st 2 months promotion, and I'm extremely happy with the results of this car wash. They spray and scrub your car off as you enter the wash, getting all the bugs and extra grime off. Whatever finishing coat they are using it is pure magic. My car looks like new even without stopping to wipe it down after the automatic drying.
They have vacuums, towels, and high-pressure air guns to get that extra detail action if you're feeling productive. Additionally, they give you a complementary dash wipe and air freshener prior to entering the wash.
Staff is always friendly and prompt!
I only wish they had more locations and a natural air freshener option!

Always a good experience! Staff is friendly and I've often come to find my car wash is on sale. Their monthly unlimited pass is great....and they didn't ask me to post this!

they are trying to get people to sign up for car washes right now with free wash signs and it’s tying up the business which slows it all down and makes me want to cancel my monthly subscription.

My car looked great after the wash-walked around and didn't see missed places. They take care with the pre- wash spraying and pre wash "scrub" before entering the wash. Happy, friendly workers who go the extra mile. This is my new car wash place! Thanks!!

The car wash provided is pretty decent. It leaves some spots, especially on the back (SUVs seem hard for an automatic wash to get dry). The rearview mirror jets also don't rinse the soap off the mirrors; I've mentioned that several times to no aval.
What I really miss is the previous Wash Town staff. They were so kind, smiley, and professional. I would literally look forward to going there because they were so friendly. A few of them stayed on with Tagg-N-Go for a while, but I no longer see them. Now the employees hardly acknowledge you. I guess that's the difference between a single family-owned enterprise and a chain.

Very nice staff. Always willing to help and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. For how small a wash it is it does more for your vehicle.
