I find that some of the employees that work in the pharmacy are rude, they changed their check in policy and no longer have a drop off for refills. I was unsure of where I should go and Morgan, one of the techs, very rudely told me to get in line. I think that that was uncalled for and Morgan needs to remember a lot of the customers who are picking up prescriptions are sick and don’t feel good and she could be better on customer service.

If you have any type of allergy DO NOT use this pharmacy. Even if they say they put a flag on your profile they will not check it unless you remind them each time. They said they have too many manufacturers and too many patients to check every time. No care if a patient would have a reaction to the medication.

Worst manager or employee EVER!!!! super mean for no absolute reason at all, guy wearing glasses with BARLEY any hair super disrespectful. Just because i got confused and went up to the counter because i thought i could just drop off my prescription. And he was immediately disrespectful by saying loudly “go to the end of the line , where u can see people are waiting “ so i said “ oh i thought i could just drop off and then he immediately was still disrespectful “ no go to the end of the line “. Super disappointed with the service!

I went and asked the pharmacist tech if she could tell me what isle would the Ben gay be .
She just mocked me like a Karen and said "Ban gay" . I repeatedly told her "Ben gay" . All I got was her rolling her eyes ,sighing and walk away as she went and told another tech that she didn't understand me . The other tech helped greatly.
The pharmacy really needs to teach their techs on good customer service and not to blowup and have a Karen attitude.

I went 10 minutes before they were closing for lunch. The medication was supposed to be ready & the girl said the medication wasn’t filled & “she’s not sure why it wasn’t filled yet.” She told me it would be done 2 minutes after their lunch starts. I asked her can you please wait 2 minutes before going to lunch? My husband was out of his medication, & I needed to get home & drop my daughter off before I had to go to work. Morgan, was very rude & had no empathy or compassion with her customer service. A simple “I’m sorry, I wish we could but we can’t.” Or anything with some sort of nice customer service would have been better than what she gave me.

I used to use this pharmacy all the time and never had any issues but recently my doctor sent in a refill on my anxiety medication that I have been taking for years and it must have gotten sent back or denied because after it was sent in I called to check on it and the tech said they didn’t receive anything so I called my doctor back right before the office closed on a Friday and asked them to resend it again because I thought maybe there was a technical issue of some sort called this pharmacy again and they told me that the pharmacist wouldn’t fill it because he wanted to talk to the doctor the following Monday and I had been completely out of my meds and it wasn’t too early same dose and doctor I’ve had for years so I talked to the pharmacist and he was rude talked to me like I was shady wouldn’t tell me why he didn’t want to fill it and basically hung up on me so all around horrible experience and not professional will not be using Smiths pharmacy anymore and I’m very dissatisfied

I was standing in the line to get a prescription and they just close the window. I was in line before they closed. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Pooja at the Smith's pharmacy is one of the rudest pharmacy techs I've ever encountered. I called to try to problem solve an issue with the prescription date on my bottle. She immediately started talking over me, raising her voice, she would not listen, interrupted me multiple times,, she told me to \\\"call the DEA on her\\\", she said that Smith's pharmacy has been breaking the law and making all kinds of other weird statements. All I was trying to do was try to figure out why a prescription could not be processed the day before and then picked up on the date it was due like I've been able to do for 15+ years. After getting the manager involved he was able to be a decent human being and explain to me that it's the new system they have. I don't have a problem with that. However Pooja has such an attitude. When I was asking her not to interrupt me and she got even more combative and started raising her voice and talking down to me. Her behavior was not okay and not conducive to a medical professional. Solely because of her actions, I I'm considering changing pharmacies. I feel like a person with a disposition such as that maybe shouldn't be working with the public and controlled medication. ?\\u200d♂️
