Jamaal was absolutely outstanding! He was very detailed and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I also noticed that he greeted other customers coming in even though he wasn’t going to be the one helping them. He is a great example of why we continue our business with Shane Co!

Got a great wedding band lined up. Rachel Fullmer helped me at the midvale location and was extremely patient with me as I tried on a BUNCH of rings and took up a BUNCH of time in the process. Stopped in to get some jewelry retipped and cleaned. Met Alyssa and she did a great job selling us a new anniversary band for my wedding set to celebrate our 25th!
