Christian (Rotech) who was managing my case, NEVER contacted me, it was the doctor's office that let me know who was handling my case and about the documents that were still needed. Dealing with Rotech has been the biggest nightmare I have ever encountered with any company. Rotech is dealing with people's health, this needs to come first but from my experience, they don't care about their customers at all. You can almost be assured they will contact you for money whether you owe it or NOT! After reviewing the reviews and lawsuits, I have notified ROTECH to cancel my shipment for my CPAP machine, I will update this review if they try to swindle me in any way. With all the lawsuits and money paid out to victims, I am shocked they are still in business. Check out the BBB, lawsuits, and reviews online. Also, according to many reviews, they LIE, lie, and lie (I have experienced this myself). they either can't find your account, or they will blame stuff on insurance or have some accusation towards something you did or did not do, BUYER BEWARE!!!! Rotech doesn't care about good customer service, your bank account, or your privacy, ROTECH is known to harass and sometimes even show up at your homes and will call every day if they want something. One more thing, several generic automatic responses from ROTECH reply to reviews, I do not agree with the responses and If I get a response please be assured that I never agreed with their claims.

Abby is amazing!! Once I realized they were off Bangerter it was easy to find. Service is professional and courteous.

I was delivered a concentrator and shoulder oxygen bottles. I could not use the shoulder bottles due to rotator cuff injuries. My physician order tanks on a small pull cart. Rotech gave me so many dates (and excuses) for delivery. After weeks of this, and no portable oxygen, my physician ordered my oxygen from another provider who delivered it within 1 day. Then, starts the process of them picking their equipment up. Again, multiple dates with no one showing up to get their equipment. They are billing me for something I never used, and I still have the equipment. I have spent hours on hold, trying my best to get Rotech to respond. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They will continue billing your insurance long after you terminated service with Rotech.

Absolutely atrociouc and very noisy equipment. The oxygen system they delivered was so noisy sleep was impossible. Used only once for less than an hour. Doctor emailed order to them and they lost it. Had to deliver back to drop off location due to the fact that the order was emailed and not sent to their preferred fax number. Would highly suggest another vendor who will provide customer service. These guy's absolutely suck.

Rotech is lucky I have to give one star to post a review they deserve zero stars. I set up a payment plan and they took my first payment, but they did not applying it to my account. They are applying to some other persons account I have never heard of before and they have been absolutely zero help. I have called and spoken with multiple people. They tell me to email costume service and that costumer service will call me in 3-5 business days, that was almost 10 business days ago. Each time I called I got a different story, one told me I had a payment plan set up but it was canceled. One told me I never set up a payment plan and one said I have an active payment plan. I’ve had to get my bank involved. I would rather just stop breathing 18 times an hour while I sleep then continue to deal with them.Reply to Rotech: Yeah already been there done that before the review was even written! Unless you’re letting me know you fix this and my card isn’t paying for someone’s account and the money I’ve sent you it applied to my account don’t bother responding with your automated careless messages

Horrible Billing Practices, Never matches the insurance EOB. When I was first prescribed my CPAP they just sent the equipment with no instructions or training, they sent out a nasal mask, didn't bother to do a fitting or ask if I wanted another type. After the CPAP was paid off I went with another provider, Medway, they did a fitting for a mask that was right for my preferences. Their billing is accurate to the EOB, they charged my credit card the correct amount and sent a detailed statement. Also their people talk to you like a human being instead of farming you through their system like Rotech. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

Before you use their services, ask questions, read the small print and be carefull. Wheelchair rental charge was $373.31, when my insurance company said I should have only paid $60.26. Other issues with continued monthly charges - all in dispute with insurance company.

Well, I have had good and back experiences with this company. but the lastest was not good. Had surgery. Doctor ordered oxygen for after surgery for me. Through Rotech. They delivered as they were supposed to. And the delivery guy was nice. But I was charged the next month a random charge of $13 on my credit card. Called the local office. I was told they couldn't even find the charge on my account. And they told me to call the national office. So I did. They had me on hold for like an hour. It nearly always is like that to call them. Finally answered. The phone operator could find no reason for the charge, whatsoever. But did see it. Told me it would be refunded in a week to 10 days. Well, that week came and went. No credit. i was not calling and sitting on hold again for another hour. So I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Really terrible that they operate in such an untrustworthy manner. But my report of this, is not the first I have seen of this company at the national number. So either they are just incompetent. Or this is being done on purpose. And they are seeing how many people just let it go, because the charges are small. Really sucks I have to use this company for my supplies...

Horrible communication and wait times to talk to someone every time you call are 20 minutes. I Was waiting 7+ months for my product for my health issue and then went to a different supplier in less than 2 hours of sending my script over they already communicated to me the process and timing to expect . I have Never been so frustrated by how a company does business like I am with this one. Find somewhere else if your insurance allows

Company hours are posted well on the door, but not always online. They are open from 9-5 M-F closed for lunch from 12-1. Online should be updated.

on hold for an hour now..... billing me when I havent been a customer for months and months... billing and being payed by Medicare and my insurance. .. Insurance fraud for sure!!! I will just go to the Medicare and Blue Cross to report them since they cannot answer the phone....

Wow... It is really hard to get a hold of these people. They are friendly and kind if you can get a hold of them. also, They had issues with billing and luckily I finally got a hold of them to stop my auto draft... because my auto draft was paying another patients bill. Also, you never know how much you are going to be billed monthly... it is frustrating not knowing what to budget for in regards to medical bills.

$15 a month to have 2 mini o2 back up tanks is ridiculous ! None of the companies I had before Rotech only charged to refill if used.

Delivered broken equipment. Unbeknownst to me I breathed room air for a week. Delivered replacement equipment to wrong address twice. Delivered tanks that were not full and they stated they only deliver once every 90 days. Terrible Company - completely incompetent. Do not use them.
