Most of the time, this seems to be a decent place. My issue is two fold: first, on a Saturday I went and got a car wash and you could hear something metal striking the car -- it appears something was picked up by the spinning brush. When I got out of the car wash, to the covered parking with vacuums and towels, I was approached by the person next to me wondering if I had also had heard it and if I had any damage from it.I spent over half an hour at the car wash to fill out a complaint, particularly since I found a ding about an inch across on the back of the roof of my car (not a place you normally would get a ding). Before I left, I checked with people coming out of the wash and was told they heard something hitting their car from that same roller brush.My issue is two-fold, first, despite knowing that something had been picked up and potentially damaging cars, they had not stopped the wash to try and remove whatever it was that was hitting the cars.Next, I was recently informed that no one else had filled out a complaint so they weren't going to do anything for the damage done to my car. From what I've heard from the local news, this isn't the first time that Quick Quack has attempted to get out of fixing issues their car wash caused.My major issue is still the fact that knowing there was something on one of their rollers that could cause damage, they did nothing to remove that item from their roller.

I love this Quick Quack location, the team members are very kind! Vacuum’s are always unclogged, towels are out, and customer service is helpful and kind!

Extemely dissatisfied with the service at this quick quack.they loaded our SUV in to close the the SUV in front of us and did not make him remove his hitch we are so close the the cars hit in the wash and the hitch punched a hole in my front bumper. I should have known something was up when the emplyees walked alog side the SUV in front me while in the wash. Quick Quack says it not there problem turn it in on me insurrance. The manager was extremley rude and no help at all, I call the main phone number to try and get help they say the regional Justin will call me but after 2 weeks he still has not. I called again and they say the director of operations will call me but its been 5 days and no call. had a mebership with this company for 2 of my vehicles for many years but after this i will never deal with them again. I gues its time for the attorny to get involved.

It was OK ... When I've been there before they gave you a little packet that had a moist cloth in it but they didn't do that this time, and there were no rags to use in the bins where you vacuum out your cars.
