I went on the O’Reilly website and looked up a part for my car. When I went to change out the part I found that it was the wrong one. I went back thinking I wouldn’t be able to return it but was pleasantly surprised. Vinny greeted me, got me the right part and I was on my way inside of 3 minutes. Please give that guy a raise asap! Vinny for the win!!

I come here all the time, I truly trust the employee in this store. Parker is one knowledgeable employee. Excellent customer service, always recommending the best product for my needs. Bought a car battery from this store 2 years ago. Battery was not reliably holding a charge a age 2 years. Went to this store today (12/4/23) without the receipt. They had the receipt on file. They tested the battery, found it to be in need of replacement. They replaced the battery and replaced it, and installed it at no charge, on the spot. Elapsed time was ten minutes.Thanks for the excellent service!Peter Lenz

I am so impressed with the honest, knowledgeable team member's, customer service and over all professionalism. Randy and Chris instead of just selling me a battery and sending me on my way, they took the time to test and find out what was happening with my car. They took such care and their knowledge saved me! I will always return to this location because I trust they will do right by me and my car needs.
