“I needed a refill so that I could print out my tax returns. I was surprised that the cartridge was refilled while I waited (less than 5 minutes). The next day when I need to print some important papers that contained colors, I realized that my tri-color cartridge needed to be refilled. When the cartridge was analyzed at the store, I was told there was a problem with the blue color and that a further analysis was needed. I was given another tri-color cartridge (no charge). Unfortunately, there was a problem with that cartridge (something about a HP protection resulting in the printer refusing to print). Upon return to the store I was told that was a rare occurrence and that is why the customer's original cartridge is always attempted to be refilled. I was given another tri-color cartridge (no charge, and a credit for my troubles). End result- I have a full functional printer, thanks to fine personnel at this location.”

“I came here hoping to get some jewelry engraved and although they were not able to do it (due to what I needed engraved and the size of the jewelry), they took the time to call around and find a jeweler in the area who could do it and emailed them the image I needed. I really appreciated this since it was a week before Christmas and saved me some running around. Thank you for helping me out! I will definitely come here for any future engraving needs :)”
