Scott is da man! He spent about 25 minutes explaining every shoe to our son. He retrieved several pairs of shoes and never once gave us any attitude. We didn't end up buying anything and still were treated accordingly. The store is in a cool location as well. They also offer a foot scan to help place you in the right shoe. New Balance isn't my jam but the way this place operates definitely is!

Joshua was AMAZING! I've been having trouble finding shoes that did not pinch my feet. He was able to fit my foot perfectly. The shoes are comfortable and fit great. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Kinda disappointed. The staff are nice and helpful, however the selection is very limited. The store itself is not really easy to find, it’s in a neighborhood that’s kind of out the way which means you’ll likely need Google maps to get you there. I went with the expectation of making a purchase since I exclusively wear New Balance but upon arrival they only had the latest models in a very limited range of sizes. I’m 10 1/2 wide and they didn’t carry that size in any of the models I asked about (wide or even 11 regular). This was surprising as I feel like that is a very common size. They offered to order them for me but I had limited time in Utah and couldn’t wait a few days for an order. I bought a shirt instead since they carry apparel as well as shoes. I would recommend calling ahead before visiting the store to see if they have a model and size that works for you.

Joshua/Joseph, I can’t remember the name, was super helpful. He was very patient with me as I tried on MANY different shoe models and sizes. He helped lace shoes up that were not laced. He provided awesome customer service and I am very satisfied with my visit. I will be back again.

Super helpful, we went in with a loose idea of what we wanted and Joshua was able to help us find the perfect shoes and socks. We ended up getting the 550 and have loved them!!! Everyone at the Union Park location is so helpful and really wants to help you find the best fit for you! I had an amazing experience!

I had such a wonderful and successful experience at the NewBalance Fort Union store. Jarrod helped me and gave me the royal treatment!!!! He took the time to measure and assess my feet with the tools they have at the store. I learned a lot about my feet and was fitted into the 840. What an amazing shoe!
