“Austin worked really well with us. We had a really great experience and he was very timely and thoroughly explained everything and gave us the best deal possible. He greeted us upon arrival, even though he was busy with customers, making us feel like we were gonna be one of his priority customers. “We recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. It has been a joke, today we went in because we had two phones that weren’t unlocked, customer service was a joke. Tyler at this location was an absolute stud, he walked us through the entire process while he really didn’t need to. We were obviously upset, he was calm and kept the situation chill. “When I bought my phone a couple of years ago, I had Tricked Out add their screen protector with its guarantee. I have had to replace the protector twice, which they do for the cost of the new cover. They also have a great selection of accessories.”

The phone screen was smashed and the phone was dead, they fixed it good as new in one hour! Prompt professional service, fair price. Owner was very professional. I'm glad I found this place.”
