I went they for a up grade they sent me a text saying I could get one for $18.99 a month for 18 month no credit check thats what they are for I get there he says no he has to run my credit so I Left with no phone they the upgrade would caused me $300 crazy I might have to go to another company that don't lie

Best experience ever. Esteban and Karol were AMAZING. I went there for an upgrade on my phone. And they are experts. Other stores I went in the past took more than 1 hour to sell me a cell phone. This time were very easy.

The person who attends is really very friendly. They always show promotions and give opportunities to change your cell phone. Also the attention is personalized because the place is quite big.

My mother was getting charged to much at Verizon & made the switch to Metro PCS at this store with no problem. Isabellie, assisted her and turned her headache into a deal. She not only got a new phone but helped relieve mental stress from her hectic situation. Excellent customer service if you ask me, if you ever find yourself at this store ask for Isabellie. To be 100% honest, I love these guys. The customer service is BEYOND amazing. I couldn't be happier with the phone service that I have through these guys. Soooo much better than T-Mobile itself. And DEFINITELY not pushy like the representatives with T-Mobile proper. Thanks for everything guys. Y'all are AWESOME!!!!
