I went they for a up grade they sent me a text saying I could get one for $18.99 a month for 18 month no credit check thats what they are for I get there he says no he has to run my credit so I Left with no phone they the upgrade would caused me $300 crazy I might have to go to another company that don't lie

Was so helpful setting up my phone and accounts and was nice during the upgrade process
