I went to the store they have in Midvale 12/18/23 I asked for the manager, he gave me the price of tires $480 and I told him that I would return 12/19/23 to mount them because at that time they were busy in the store, 12/19/23 I returned, they installed the tires and at the time of paying they told me $680. They checked with the manager who gave me the price of $480. He said yes, he had given me the price but the owner of the store at that time told me no. was the price and the best solution was to put the old tires back on. At that point, 1 hour and 35 minutes had already passed. In the end, I do not recommend the place. TERRIBLE ATTENTION, DISORGANIZED and without taking into account the importance of the customer's time at all ( DO NOT COME)

Brought my Tesla in as my 2 back tires were balding meanwhile my fronts were still in good shape. J&J swapped out the rears at a great price and matched the tread. Highly recommend

Update they did fix the problem the next day they came to my work and replaced all the lug nuts and studs on the front tire and paid for the Uber I had to take home so they made things right. I’m glad and they should be thankful my tire stayed on I have to also say they are nice people my only problem I have with them is the fact that they broke off stud and didn’t bother to tell me about it I don’t think I will be going backYeah I got two snow tires put on yesterday and I live right across the street from this store any how I came to work in sugar house and my car was making a clicking noise so after I was done with work I thought I better check it out and on the front drivers side i has a broken stud so I jacked up my car and the tire was loose so I tried tightening the the remaining lug nuts and they are tight they cross threaded every lug nut so I tried to take one off and now I two broken lug nuts and I’m stranded at work and it’s now midnight I will be calling the shop in the morning and will expect them to either tow my car to there shop and replace all the studs on tire and put on new lugs and replace all locking lug nuts on all tire since they have ruined one or they can fix it at my work I was driving this thing on the freeway at seventy miles an hour this could of ended very badly glad it didn’t I expect to be reimbursed for the Uber that I’m going to have to take home and back to work in the morning I know people make mistakes but this guy didn’t have the decency to tell me he had broken one of the studs they had three tires off my car I’m not sure how the other ones are they will need to be checked I’m not a happy person right now

I have used these guys for my last 3 sets of tires. They are very professional, knowledgeable and fast! I have recommended all my friends and family. J&J tires really knows what customer service is. I have been a customer for many years. I used the West Valley location until it changed into a car lot. Today I used the Midvale location for the first time.It was a simple service today just TMPS issues. I had 4 bad tire pressure monitoring sensors and they replaced them in 30 minutes.They also have great prices.The Midvale location also has also has better parking lot across than the West Valley location.Good guys and a good businessGreat prices

Got a tire replaced here and let me tell you: I was amazed at the fast and quality service. I haven’t experienced such a thing prior. The tire was supposedly used but really the condition was almost new. and I got it for $55! My experience at this shop made my day!

I’ve been buying tires from them for a few years now and you won’t find a better place for tires. They are quick with their service and they have good prices. I would suggest anyone that is looking for tires for the right price and that will last for a long time to come here. I won’t get tires anywhere else after coming to J&J Tires.

2nd time I've patronized them and pleased w/both. They have used tires in good shape. Got 2 replacements w/80% tread at a fraction of what they'd cost new. They advertise some inventory on KSL. Price is exactly what they post - they don't charge extra for disposal / extra fees or rotation. Definitely recommend.

This is the place to go for new tires! I looked up my tire size on KSL and found their ad for super affordable new to slightly used tires. They are a first come first serve service so call ahead and make sure they have that tire in stock still. I paid 450$ for 4 90% tread all terrain tires and this included them mounting the tires and alignment AND they did it all in like 20 minutes. Great guys, super efficient, I will be getting my new tires here from now on!
