Do not use this company for grandfather clock repair. The guy that came to our house did not know what he was doing. He immediately starts saying he needs more money than the $350. We had agreed to. He tried to charge us $450, but we refused to pay any extra. He spent most of his time sitting in my chairs or couch drinking his drink. He didn’t have any gloves he needed everything from us to do the cleaning. He lost one screw entirely, the other one is not screwed in all the way. And, he put the clock back together wrong. And, for $350 it’s not even clean it well. You can see the dust all over the back of the pendulum. He did not change a burned out bulb we had asked him to change. Now my husband is trying to get something that is completely disconnected inside back together himself.

I went in to get my battery replaced recently on a G Shock and I went swimming and the watch wasn’t tightened down and began to collect moisture, i brought it in 2 days after the battery was replaced and showed them the problem, they treated me with respect and excellent customer service and replaced my watch with a brand new one , Hats off to you John, they had replaced a battery twice in that particular watch , Excellent customer service, I well tell all my neighbors & friends about this experience and you have a loyal customer for life!!!!!

We took in three watches to have batteries replaced. The clerk said it would be $15. We said ok go ahead. When he returned with the watches he charged $45.00. We felt we were misled and highly overcharged. I would not recommend doing business with them. Brent Thomson

I highly recommend this store if you need a watchband fixed or battery replaced or any service on a watch. The owner is very honest and very knowledgeable about watch repair and band replacement. I took a watch to him that my local jewelry store couldn’t get the band on. He looked at it and explained that it was not the right band for the watch and was very helpful. A few other customers came in and he was super friendly to them and helpful. His prices are very reasonable. Great store.

I went to put the battery in the watch and they charged me $25. I came back in 2 weeks and they charged me $28. Draw your conclusions.

IT’S ALL ABOUT TIME company, is excellent at sizing all watch brands. Their knowledge on batteries and watch sizing is the BEST!!! Their workmanship is at the highest quality. I would recommend — IT’S ALL ABOUT TIME to anyone.

We asked for a house call to repair and clean my grandparents grandfather clock we inherited. He showed up right on schedule which is refreshing for a repair service. It was really cool to talk with him about all our questions and especially to see the interior workings of the clock. He said we didn’t need as much cleaning as we thought so our visit was less than our original estimate. Super helpful, relaxed and knowledgeable about our clock. Mid cleaning I called my parents who promptly brought over their old mantel clock for a diagnosis and estimate. We sent him back to work on the mantel clock and we will pick up when it’s done but this saved us a trip to drop it off which was wonderful. Highly recommend his services!! I will be telling my friends to go see him with their clock needs. We plan on bringing up a few watches to be repaired on pickup of the mantel clock as well.

stopped to see the shop and visit with them about some worked I wanted to have done to a couple of grandfather clocks. In just the few minutes visiting with them I could tell they did not know about my clocks, and now reading all of the BAD reviews, I would never take one of my nice clocks to them, or have them come to the home to service.

Great shop for watch repair and service. The jeweler sent me here to have my watch serviced and I was not disappointed. Great place with nice and knowledgeable staff.

I forgot the employees name but he was very kind and welcoming, his services were very well as I would expect the prices are expensive but what do you expect from a fancy watch shop. The watches and wall clocks for sale were limited but a good collection nevertheless.

Everytikne I've tajen anything to this business, they are remarkable!!! They care (not common these days) as well as do a Fantastic job. I recommend It's All About Time to everyone, including friends and family!!!! GREAT JOB GUY'S!!!! I'll continue to do business here as long as they are around!!
