Been ordering and sending FFL transfers to them for years -- review based on several transactions. Always get a text from Hy & Mike's informing me the order has arrived - within minutes of the delivery notification from the shipping partner. Transfer fees are as reasonable and cost effective as it gets. Most online dealers already have Hy & Mike's in their database. Paper 4473 is much appreciated and always approved within minutes.The gentlemen who run the shop are as easy-going and personable as they are efficient. Just cool across the board. Always a fine time perusing the merchandise during the few minutes it takes for the background check to go through. Sold a gun at Hy & Mike's once - for a very fair price. They're the best FFL in the valley... and it's not even close. It's a good shop, run by decent people, who conduct fair business. If you need an FFL transfer, Hy & Mike's should be your go-to default.

The absolute most fair shop I've ever come across. Knowledgeable staff and super friendly bunch. Easy to work with as long as you stay in contact. No better pawn in the west!!!!!

The employee I worked with was friendly, and I was excited when he inspected my camera and offered me a great deal (Thursday 3/28) - conditional on having a charger to exchange with it.
However, when I returned with a charger a few hours later, he had changed his mind. He didn't give me a lower offer, he just said "I'm going to pass".
I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but feel like my time was wasted.

The owners and staff are the best! They have a wonderful selection of vintage signs and movies. They definitely have the best pawn shop in the whole valley. They value their customer's and I don't like to go anywhere else. Thank you for being so kind and willing to help.

He said he would do 100 asked for id. Then reniged on the price an said 75. Not good for his word. Not trust worthy

I'm just trying to make ends meat and I call ahead and see if I can sell a bike they said ya just bring it in after it all I walk a hour to this shop and they say the won't take bikes if it's winter so why you have me come in if you won't take it I do not recommend coming here
