I came into this location about two years ago to print off address labels, I had attempted to convert the document to a PDF that would have all address labels instead of just the first sheet. FedEx didn’t know how to fix the issue but made a commitment to me to find a solution, the very next day I came back and they had all the labels printed. They reported that they had to go into processing the document different, something I would have never figured out on my own. I was very grateful they took the time to help me out.
Just this past week I had a similar task and based on my previous experience I chose to go to this FedEx again for their experience and customer service. Ethan and Matt were so helpful and patient with me to work through my document struggles to get me what I needed. They need a raise! I will definitely be back to this location for future needs.

Jessica and Courtney always go above and beyond to take care of my employers needs. We often times have very large, very custom, and very last minute print orders and I never have to worry because Jessica gives me a call to confirm my order and pickup time right away. As soon as I know Jessica and Courtney are working the day I put my order in, I know it is in great hands and I can expect swift & professional service. These two really changed our experience working with fed ex office in our day to day operations.

Terrible service... The employees knew nothing, provided incorrect information, and lacked basic problem solving skills.
The corporate technology also reported incorrect information costing me hours of wasted time.

Thank you so much FedEx for being a courteous and hospitable place to visit. I came in to get some court papers finished and exhibits finished and printed, it was a lot of work, but Courtney was amazing thank you Courtney for all you do continue to keep that customer service. Honestly, with the widespread lack of competent help and non-existent customer service that plagues our society these days, I expected to be greeted by a millennial with a bad attitude who would ultimately tell me they don't know how to help me, which is what happened to me a few months ago at a FedEx office in St. George, Utah. However, while I was in line, I saw Calie help another customer, so I waited for her because I knew that she would be squared away and helpful. She was very friendly, very helpful, and knew what she was doing. She gave me a great price on a huge printing job that I needed completed right away, and overall, I could not have been happier. Kudos, Calie, and thank you for caring enough to provide excellent customer service and know and do your job well!

Went to drop off a package that said drop at any fed ex facility. When I got there the woman turned me away and said the package that I had could not be dropped off there and had to be picked up at my house and to call the customer service line. She was nice enough about it, but she was confidently incorrect. I called customer service from my car right away. There was an orange sticker on my package that said no passenger aircraft, which I explained to the customer service rep on the phone and she checked with her supervisor and reiterated that they absolutely should have accepted the package. So the woman in the store that day was wrong and who knows how many people have wasted their time there because they don’t know their own company protocol. Very unhelpful and a waste of my time.

Went in to use their office print stuff. I needed to edit some documents and print some stuff off. I put 10 minutes on and paid like $5 or whatever. Thinking that if I ran over the 10 minutes I would just be able to charge my card more. NOPE! Once you hit the 10 minutes you have no option to add more time and it deletes and erases everything you have been working on. That is the absolute dumbest thing I have ever heard of in my entire life.

I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. I've been here a bunch of times to ship items that I've sold on eBay and never had an issue. The staff are always helpful and easy to work with.

Extremely lazy and rude workers. They wanted to charge me extra for a prepaid label?!? Other times I came in to ship an item. They made me wait for half an hour just to tell me that they had to go to training. Please go to Sandy Fedex location, employees are nicer
