I was looking for an F45 studio in Utah and stumbled across Fort Unión. I reached out in advance vía email and from the moment I sent that email to the moment of meeting in person, I must say everyone were so pleasant and welcoming.The location is spacious and very clean, they offer shower services, and the restrooms are stocked with all the essentials.I attended the 8:30am class which was one of the smaller classes, which I personally prefer. It’s great having the option to join a bigger or smaller class.The trainers were very attentive, energetic, and very motivating. I would recommend F45 Fort Unión to anyone looking for a thrilling workout.

F45 is by far the most fun I have ever had working out. Sam is an awesome trainer, very positive, motivating and encouraging! The facility is clean and equipment is well taken care of. I love the variations of the workouts, and the aspect of having weight and cardio days. Even though it is challenging at times, it is also very addicting, the different workouts make me want to come back. This gym is for everyone, no matter what your fitness level. You must try it out! Highly highly recommend!

This gym is wonderful! I am a member of the Capitol Hill F45 gym in Seattle, WA and have been visiting Salt Lake City over the past few days. I’ve been enjoying my visit, but have been stuffing my face and wanted to get a workout.I reached out to this gym through email to see if they would let me workout with them for a few days. I got a very prompt response from Katie (which I think shows a sign of excellent communication) and she set up everything for me including reaching out to the trainers to let them know I was coming. Super smooth process.I worked out at this gym two days in a row and all the trainers were super welcoming and motivated me during the class. I enjoyed the energy and vibe and they played awesome music. I would recommend this gym to anyone and I can safely say that if I lived here, this would be my home gym.

I have found my new love!! F45 Ft. Union has become family to me! I love the environment & the workouts are perfect for anyone because you can take it at your own pace. I’ve done personal training, Orange theory, VASA classes, and F45 by far is my favorite, it’s a good mix of cardio & strength & my favorite part is it’s a fun class with awesome trainers??

I am so happy that I found F45 Fort Union. I have been a member now of this location for just over six months and I can’t say enough good things about it. It is so clean, social distancing is practiced, and I always feel safe working out. The workouts are always challenging, the trainers are awesome, and best of all—no drama! I love my F45 family. I hate when I have to miss.

I've never felt completely comfortable at a gym. I've always been intimidated by the equipment and my lack of knowledge on how to use them. I knew I was hooked after my first workout at F45. Everything is explained, the trainers make sure you are doing the workouts correctly, the other members help motivate and encourage you to keep going and give it your all. I look forward to going everyday and seeing my gym family! I truly feel at home there.

They never answer the phone. Ever. & they don’t cancel your membership even after you told them & sent in proof of your move TO ANOTHER STATE. Worst customer service. Really good at taking your money :)

I currently live in San Diego and workout at a neighborhood F45. Knowing I would be in SLC for a week I contacted the F45 Fort Union in hopes of attending a few classes. I received an email back and was told they would love to have me. I ended up working out almost every day that I was in SLC. At the beginning of each class, I was warmly welcomed and introduced to the class. The coaches there are extremely personable and each workout was explained in detail (something that doesn't happen very often). The coaches appeared know each attendee personally and were extremely motivating during the classes. Watch out F45 Fort Union - I will be back and soon! Thanks for a wonderful week!

We enjoyed dropping in to workout with the Ft Union F45 Community. Loved the welcoming environment and motivation from the UT F45ers! The studio was clean, organized, and plenty of room to maintain your social distance and still feel the positive vibe from fellow F45 team members. The coaches were friendly and helpful! If your new to F45 in UT - this is the place to set some new goals and make some new friends!! Looking forward to coming back for a visit!

Since I was traveling from out town. I needed a place to get my F45 workout in. Reached out to Katie and I appreciated the quick response and good communication. Booked a spot and was ready to go.Place has amazing space and very clean.Trainer got the jams going, challenged us and we put in the work.Very welcoming and it’s always good to know my F45 Family has my back when i needed to get a workout in.Will definitely be back.????

F45-Fort Union is hands down the best gym out there! The trainers are motivating, supportive, and truly care about each person. They create a fun atmosphere and make each workout enjoyable. The workout area is huge, and the equipment is clean and well taken care of. Added bonus: Murphy ❤️
