Issac was so easy to work with!! They even held the car for me and made sure every question I had was properly answered!! He also responded so quick. Unfortunately the sales men aren’t the issue. As Issac was amazing to work with, he was honest, put his best foot down. The mechanics, are awful. The first day I checked out this car I knew it was the one. I asked the original sales man to have the oil, spark plugs, AC and door panel checked on/fixed before I bought the car.
The AC was fixed. The car had a bad battery when I bought it. A few days later the car completely shut off and damaged the throttle and a few sensors. Keep in mind the cars are bought from auction. Issac let me bring the car back for it to be serviced, since while I had it it had starting issues. They fixed the battery and everything else. Car was great. My oil was somewhat okay. I could tell they did not check the spark plugs like I asked… a days later the car struggles to start. I few weeks later I left my car at the dealership for 11 days. I was told they serviced the fuel injectors. They didn’t by the way. The engine bay wasn’t touched none of the bolts were touched, my issues was a gas related issue, they didn’t even look at the fuel pump, I knew because the tarp covering wasn’t moved. They left my car unlocked and a homeless person got in, I picked up my car and it smelt so bad, there was a jacket in the back seat that stank, my gas was gone, my MPGs were shot like no other. My truck was full of grass, there was corn nuts everywhere, my interior was sticky, and there was a drone in my trunk. The trunk shouldn’t of been opened, more miles were added onto the car, checked my oil filter a week or so later, metal shavings wasn’t in there before. Checked my spark plugs, wouldn’t come out. DO NOT get a car here, the sales men are great. Before you buy a car here please test EVERYTHING!!!!! Or bring a friend who knows mechanic maintenance… I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. They had my car unlocked too while it was outside. Once again, a homeless person was staying in my car. Please be careful.
