Very great people here. I was very happy with how helpful Murphy and everyone had been. Very good on repair time as well. My vehicle looks good as new considering all the damage that was done to it. I can’t even tell it was in an accident anymore

This is now my second time taking my car here and my second experience was just as great as the first! Broke my mirror. They ordered a new one and got it. Few days later and installed it in about 10 minutes!Amazing shop! Everyone that works here is amazing and so helpful! I literally didn’t have to do anything besides drop off my car! No dealing with the insurance company, no returning my rental… they did it all! My car was 100 times cleaner than when i dropped it off, which was just above and beyond since all the work being done was exterior! The repairs were flawless! Even gave my kids hot wheels to take home.

Very pleased! Highly recommended! My wife was rear ended and this was an insurance job with one of the most difficult insurance companies. They fought for OEM and blended the paint spot on! This was mazda red, which I've been told is the hardest paint color to match. I had them replace a door handle that was outside the quote. Instead of repainting, they ordered a new door handle, which was a substantially cheaper option. This company has integrity, great communication and top notch work. Will definitely return (hopefully not soon ?) and would highly recommend Chris'!!

Have fallen out of love with Chris’ Body. Have had 5-6 cars fixed here. They do nice work but I’m 100% convinced I way overpaid on this last one…by hundreds of dollars. Poor communication too on the progress. Multiple deadlines missed. Then, at pickup they tell me (after I’ve been dropped off by Uber) “we charge 3% for credit cards”. Should I call Uber to take me back home and come back with my checkbook? It was either credit card fees or Uber fees. Super annoying. They could have easily told me before I came to pick it up “we are stuck in 1980 and you should bring your checkbook”. Since then, I’ve had great experiences with Caliber and Unique. Good luck Chris’ this is the end of our relationship.

Not a pleasant experience there. I got a written quote for fixing the right bumper and I agreed. A day later they called me said bottom bumper guard was broken and need around 1k to replace it, or, $60 to put some screws to fasten the guard. I was skeptical that why they didn’t tell me at the first place that bumper guard was broken but told me after the bumper was put back to the original spot. so I talked to the manager Robert and ask if I can talk to the mechanic for what had happened to the lower bumper guard. He seems irritated and denied, said he trusted his mechanic 100%. My question is: why they wouldn’t tell me on the estimate but do so after they have done the work. I told him that I wouldn’t pay for problems they caused. Please take pictures of your car from all angles before taking to this place

Service was great after waiting to get the car in. They said it would take about two weeks to finish, and I got a call to pick it up on day 15.The only thing I would say that needs improvement is communication along the way about what's going on (maybe a simple emailing or text), but I'm not even sure that's a thing with repair shops. I personally just like knowing what's going on along and being updated.

I truly can’t recommend this shop enough!I brought my car here for repairs after a guy backed into me. His insurance paid for the repairs, and after they sent me the initial payment, the shop found more work that needed to be done. Mike went back and forth with the insurance company, which was giving him a hard time, to get all of the repairs covered and make sure it was paid for.The repair work is beautiful, and they even detailed the inside and outside of the car and filled the windshield wiper fluid! Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful, and I am really glad I chose them for the work. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

The team here is great! I was needing some body work done on my truck and the dealership wanted to replace entire sections instead of fix the issue.
