I had two friends who were greatly harmed in this store, the attendants, when they know it's a purchase, they treat you very well, but the surprise comes later when the charges start on your account and don't stop.

Just went in to ask about the price of service and the woman wouldnt even acknowledge that i walked in. She immediatley started helping the person who came in after me. Awful customer service!

Worst place ever. I was over priced on a phone. This is the third time they've tried to do this. So I went back and they wouldnt refund it. I had to return it to the finance company. Worst experience ever. DO NOT TEUST THEM FAKE GIRLS

I had two horrible experiences there with an employee named Tatiana. I went and paid my phone bill, and the number on my receipt said a different number, at first she told me I got the wrong receipt, then she told me I paid towards the store! I felt scammed out of my money, and only got two weeks covered, when I paid a while month! She doesn't explain things well, or pay attention to details! She was supposed to hold my daughter's phone because we were on a ten day hold because they took our payment and it went through on our end, but they had a glitch on their system, and so we had to wait for the money to come back. She sold the phone and my daughter decided to go to Metro instead, because the service was so poor at boost. It only took them 15 mins at metro and it was less expensive! I am REALLY thinking about changing my service as well. I don't want to go to that store and deal with Tatiana ever AGAIN!!

Don't waste your time with this location. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I have literally wasted three hours of my time trying to do simple things like pay a bill. It's a joke and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone
