Kurt and team from Boater’s Outlet were awesome. We recently purchased 2 Seadoos wake 170s and they had all the gear we needed. They gave personalized service and their pricing was great. If you have questions they are awesome at explaining the different products to make sure they fit your need. I would highly recommend them!

We went in to Boaters Outlet to just check it out. We are new boat owners so needed everything. We feel like we did some pretty good research on the different places that supply your boating needs. We ended up buying absolutely everything we needed from them. Kurt helped us get the biggest but best bang for our buck. Answered all our questions and gave us lots of insight. The prices were better than Amazon and Costco for what we wanted. Laura was so patient ringing us up as we went back and forth on should we shouldn’t we things and asking more questions. It’s a fun store to shop around in and you feel like they’re your friends when you leave. It’s a 10/10 for knowledge, professionalism, price, friendliness, cleanliness and in stock items.

I had the best experience outfitting a new boat yesterday. The owner (Kurt) answered dozens of questions for me and guided me to the best products. I went to several shops before Boaters Outlut, and there is no comparison in selection and service. If you own a boat or need anything associated with the water, you must pay them a visit.

Some of the most genuine and dedicated retailers I have done business with. The store sold out of the wakeboard I had ordered so I received a call with the bad news. Kurt really went above and beyond to talk me through the agreeing that it was the right board for me. He helped me start to finish to order the newer model of the board and did everything to honor a lower price. I cannot say enough kind words about my experience! We will certainly be doing business online with Boaters Outlet again! True small business feel.
