This place is lying too much. In January, the belt sound is so bad that it seems to be fixed. Before going, check the place where the sound is heard at home and fix it. It happened. I took the air conditioner belt off the vehicle and led the car. And about 3 months later, when I tried to turn on the air conditioner, it was confirmed that it was not working. Talked about not being able to complete the work. And I confirmed that I could pay for the parts, made a reservation the next day, and after finishing the work, I was charged a different price for the work. This place charged me for all work bills. The woman here lied to me that they hadn't missed the parts for the vehicle, and she even charged me for their work. I am uploading this article to share this result because the police told me to complain to the boss after giving all the work bills while receiving the police's request for help. I will never go here again. The service is so bad and overbearing lies. Customers charge bad quotes because they don't know well. Be very careful here.

What a joke. Don’t waste your time or money! I wish I could give it 0 stars. Not only did I go almost 3 weeks without a car. They ordered the wrong transmission. Got my car back yesterday ALL of my personal items are missing out of my car. $100 coat, my iPhone charger, my 6pack of air fresheners and my gloves. There was something spilled inside of my center console. There is now a penny stuck inside of my cigarette lighter port. There was cigarette ashes ALL over my car (I don’t smoke!) NOT TO MENTION my daughters CARSEAT is in my back seat. Cheetos on my floor, pretzel salt on my passenger. They ripped my seat cover, stains from their nasty fingers on the inside ceiling, mud ALL over my driver and passenger door from their feet. Now I have my husband fixing their mistakes on my CV axle because they failed to fix it when they noticed it was leaking nor did they tell me that I had a leak.

THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. This place is also known as BT Automotive. I was quoted parts and labor for a water pump replacement- close to $700, but it turned out to be a thermostat + housing issue. Though this was an easier job with less labor and less expensive parts, they still charged me the original quote. Estimated overcharge: $300 to 400. Not recommended.

Called to have a set of winter tires replaced. I asked if they would take the wheels I'd be replacing, but the guy on the phone just said, "bye" and hung up on me.

I've taking my car in here three times the first two times they didn't end up working on it and the third time they completely botched the job... I'd take my car to Auto Motion caddy corner at the intersection. There's probably a better mechanic than Auto motion as well but they're the better in the area.

This facility is perfect for the function which it performs. Everything about it met my expectations, and the U-haul truck I rented here was above satisfactory in my book; but the real gem of this establishment was the staff. Darwin (Sorry if that's not spelled right. :/ ) When I arrived the place was slammed packed, and this wonderful employee was just so polite, helpful, and efficient while still being through with every client. I say "BRAVO!" to the dedicated 'Darwin's' of the world! I appreciate how much easier you all make my life. : D
