Alex’s Autohaus has done great work on both my GTI and FType. I’m always impressed at how knowledgeable they are about the cars. They really know their stuff and have steered me the right way. I bring my cars down from Logan when needed. And thanks to Derrick for all the support, you guys rock.

((( DON"T GET SCAMMED!!! ))) Do your homework and read the reviews!! Avoid using this shop for your high end vehicles and take it to the dealer. They misdiagnosed our range rover and didnt even take accountability for it ! They charge the same for a diagnostic or misdiagnosis, steer clear of this shady shop ! They should do the right thing and refund me, until then this review stands.

Horrible customer service. Basically charged me $300 to just pull a spark plug and do a compression test. Then no diagnosis or explanation at all, just NEEDS A NEW MOTOR. Do yourself a favor and buy a magic 8 ball it's cheaper and likely better at diagnosing than these guys

Brought our volkswagon golf to this place to check and repair engine oil leaks. They gave us the diagnosis and we agreed to have them perform the repairs. One of the oil leaks was the rear main seal which requires the clutch and flywheel to be removed. We asked them to inspect the clutch since they would have it off and if it is due for a clutch, replace it. They repaired the oil leaks and replaced the clutch. We picked up the car and within 2 weeks it was very difficult to shift into gear. We brought the car back to them and explained the new problem. 3 days later they called us and said it needs a transmission. Now keep in mind we didn't have any transmission problems prior to them working on the car or with the old clutch. What's frustrating is these guys made no attempt to right the situation. They buried their heads in the sand faster than they could say their own name. They didn't go back and recheck their work or the new clutch they installed. They showed us some pictures of used oil from the transmission that meant nothing. Each person you talk to at this place has a different story. They took 0 accountability or responsibility. Of course we didn't let them sell us a transmission we didn't need. Nothing more than a bunch of scabs.

This place is phenomenal! I have a Mercedes diesel and dealt with a nightmare problem from a dealership mishap. They have been hands down the best shop to take my car too and I fully trust their ability and recommendations for a repair. I would absolutely recommend them and will be a long term customer.

(((SCAM LIKELY))) We took our 2015 Land rover evoque for a check engine light diagnosis, a misfire code and a under boost code, after their initial one hour diagnosis they informed us that we should do a compression check because it could be a deeper engine problem such as fuel injection problems, engine valve terrain, engine itself etc. , all of which would be very expensive repairs, so we opted for a second opinion, we took it to the land rover dealership for a diagnostic, and within 20 minutes they discovered the turbos wastegate was stuck in an open position , they charged us around 150 dollars for the part and a 30 minutes worth of labor charge to fix it, and 100 dollar diagnostic fee, I'm not sure if they were trying to scam us or just have incompetent mechanics on staff, regardless save you time and money and avoid this shop, they were supposed to specialize in these high end vehicles but dropped the ball on this one.
