Your typical 7-11 store. But one night I grabbed the wrong card to purchase my items. I told the clerk I’d be right back to pay for my items and he me to put my items back where i got them from. Also told my 15 yr old son he wasn’t allowed in the store even though he was there with me. And always seemed to charge more than the listed price on the shelves. My 7 year old son smashed his finger in the door one night and the workers didn’t offer ice or empathy at all.

The guy that works at this store at night is a real flippin j*** needed to load my card at 3 am in the morning to get an uber home and he wouldnt do it. !

I never write reviews about shops i frequent especially not a 7/11 but i have never been SO disrespected by an employee who doesn’t even know who i am so here we are.i visited this 7/11 in Midvale/murray area today to get some drinks and mexican candy and i was harassed by the employee working the register - Her name is Tugce, not sure of the last name. photos are attached to my review here.this women threatened my boyfriend and accused him of stealing from this store when that was never and has never been the case. she was incredibly disrespectful and rude and insulted me and harassed me. i asked her if she had proof of this accusation and she said yes but she refused to show me said proof and continued to spew insults, accusations and foul language. this is not the first costumer she has done this with and certainly will not be the last so be warned! she is racist, rude and there needs to be fired or seriously reprimanded for her DISGUSTING behavior.i realize 7/11 is a convenience store however, that does not give ANYONE the right to be a disrespectful, unkind, atrocious and nasty to their CUSTOMERS. Terrible.

Quality of service seems to be dwindling in past month that I’ve been coming here, I’ve noticed this with the recent employees that they’ve hired, and maybe the quality is lacking because of the new hires and they need to get in the flow of things or maybe they just don’t care but I’ve recently stopped going here as much as I use to due to that fact. The fountain drinks are watered down, products have been moved from their original spots so now I spend more time looking for stuff than I use to. They’ll have hot dogs out but no buns which completely defeated the purpose of even getting a hotdog and etc..

Absolutely terrible now. It took 10 minutes just to ring up my drink cuz the cashier had no idea what he was doing. Customer service has gone down real fast over the last week. They need to fire the new owner and rehire their old staff cuz this is unacceptable. I used to come here everyday and now I Just refuseUpdate cause link attached by "owner" doesn't work.The cashier hit cash on card transactions. And had to call someone else to fix the situation then after he got it fixed still didn't work. The system was crashing and wouldn't work with my card so I used my other card and the issue still persistent.

Dirty store 2 worker are great. The rest are lazy or rude. Or don't know what the are doing so you have to sit in line forever and they can't even ring up what your wanting to buy so they just tell you they can't sell you things. One of the managers is always being rude to the workers right in front of customers. Convenient location but will not go here. Rather drive a couple miles away to a better location
