1Wire is a great choice for my company. The versatile methods of communication are excellent. Web phone, desk phone, a business app that can be used on your cell phone, and electronic faxing from your secure email are fantastic features. These services allow my staff and me to communicate to our patients in a variety of ways, regardless if we are in-office or working from home. The staff at 1Wire are quick to answer questions. We have utilized their services for a few years now, and the handful of times I have had to call in, I know each person from previous calls. The company keeps employees long-term. My only complaint is the online web phone. Even with the app downloaded to my computer, you still need to change the settings to your liking every time you sign in. For some reason, 1Wire's software is not designed to permanently save options. Other than that, I would recommend this business who is looking for multiple communication options.

Another company caused our phones to go completely down during the most critical time of year for us, so I called the team at 1Wire and they came through quickly, professionally, and were extremely helpful. Julia fully kept me in the loop the entire time, and went above and beyond to make sure we were up and running again. Definitely would recommend them. Thank you!

We have been a 1wire customer since before I started with LegallyMine over a year ago. The customer support and tech support have been great to work with. They are patient and clear in all of their instructions. The technology they use is amazing!, and very user friendly. They are simply the BEST.

We use them for our office and they are SO great to work with. They are always there to help and if they don't know the answer right away they always follow up quickly. They have very nice customer service representatives and overall we are very pleased with them.

1Wire have been absolutely remarkable in every aspect from the very first phone call I made to Adam.We have experienced intermittent, and endless phone problems for the past few years. No-one knew what was causing these issues or how they could be resolved. As a large law firm with 4 offices and 80+ employees this was unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.Switching to 1Wire was the best decision we could have made.
