The first month or so was great. Then they started to have trouble with one of the tall spinning brushes. The right side of my car was left unwashed. Then the rocket panel high pressure nozzles stopped working. The last time I was there the brush was back but it is turning slowly and is missing quite a few of the rags that clean, the rocker panel nozzles were still non functional, and the center blower was not working leaving a swath of spots on the windshield and the top of the car. I have not gone and will be canceling my membership unless these are fixed.

I like this car wash. Although it must be difficult to stay up on the maintenance because it seems like every time I go through one sprayer or another is plugged/not working. When I first started going the tires came out shiny now it seems that doesn’t work either. I asked one of the employees about it and they said it was broken and they haven’t been able to get it fixed.

I have used this car wash since it opened. Over the last year, the service/ pre wash has gone away. They used to have 2 people power wash before entering. Now 1 person activates the rollers asap and hit the vehicle with a squirt gun. I had some minor mud on my wheel wells and just got sent through causing some good scratches. I wish the service would get back to where it was.

First time at Take 5. Had a great experience. No one else has commented about this, so I will... I love the scent of the products! My car smelled great after the wash and interior cleaning with their sprays and towels. I love the air freshener, too! Car looked and smelled great! Thanks!

they were super nice and respectful. every time i go to different car washes their cleaners leave a weird residue on my interior but here doesn’t. i would seriously recommend getting a membership here. the kid who was working made my day! his name was david i believe. he had dark curly hair and a very friendly personality.Services: Polishing

Paid 25.00 for best wash had to go back through 3 times still has a film in spots in my car that would wipe off by setting towel on it and pulling it off, so not stuck on by any means. Got attitude from employees when I told him if I pay 25.00 for a car wash expect a decent job for my money and not having to redo it multiple times, I would not recommend this place to anyone

12th street take 5 car wash is by far one of my favorite washes to visit. everyone is so nice especially Chauncy!! their detail center is super super convenient, and the wash itself does an amazing job every time i go through. no complaints for this wash !!Services: Auto detailing

Every time I go there, I always get greeted with a smile and a wave. Good customer service and good employees. And I think I may be wrong, but Clancy, if that his names sorry if I Butcher it, but always goes with beyond if I have a question he as the answer. and a great employee one of the best. The pro5 detail center is always good and clean, and the employees are always keeping it stocked.

I love this Take 5 car wash. It gives me a good wash every time. The vaccine work well. The staff are so amazing. I love the service with a smile. Chauncy is especially friendly every time

They are very accommodating and have an awesome detailing center with plenty of supplies for windows and interior. They always offer free air fresheners. Their vacuums and air hose are always top-notch.

We love the Riverdale location and this one when I am passing through. this wash is always very clean and Bryson is an amazing worker and deserves a raise!! wonderful management

Don't know what is happening to this place. Half their nozzles don't spray(passenger side), the attendant only squirts the driver side, and only does that at a very minimum. I will be looking elsewhere to wash my vehicles, I guess. Before it changed hands, it was so much better. Sad!

I come here somewhat often. The attendant Chauncy has always been super cool. I always hope to get him when I come. He’s super chill, kind and professional. :)
