Terrible experience. The car wash never gets the bugs off of the front of my truck. I try to clean the bugs off before going through and get turned away. I will never go back there again.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the employees. They were so nice. Also, the drive through carwash did an excellent job cleaning my car and the detail station provides interior cleaner and armoral spray. I really like that. I signed up immediately after one wash.

I would recommend NOT to go to this car wash if you value your vehicle not being damaged by their equipment! I took my car to get washed on June 1st, 2024 around 1 in the afternoon. Upon pulling into the detailing area, firstly, maybe a handful of clean towels. Second, when inspecting my car, I found my rims were gouged DEEP into the material from the car wash itself. I had to call the pooler non emergency line because the attendants inside would just sit there and stare at me while I knocked on the office door. This happened on June 1st and an incident/property damage report was filled out with the car wash. It is now June 23rd and I STILL have not received word from the car wash. The customer service here is TERRIBLE and I am stuck driving around with gouged up rims because they can’t treat their customers right.

Place is often closed when they are supposed to be open. Went there at 915 on Monday and was closed. Very inconvenient. Seems like a simple function to open on time

Just leaving after my car wash . Had to wait because the attendant may have been asleep or something. There were no towels because the washer broke is what I was told. Although they sure make sure they take their money out monthly for the fee. This better not happen again or I will stop this mess

I have mixed feelings about this place, primarily due to their exceptional wash service but inconsistent hours of operations. Starting with the positives, the automated wash and vacuums are undoubtedly the best in town. It efficiently cleaned my car, leaving it spotless and shiny.
However, the visit was marred by inaccuracies in their operating hours, as listed on their website. Despite planning my visit based on their online schedule, I arrived to find it closed, causing inconvenience and frustration (multiple times). This issue clearly highlights a need for improved management and better communication regarding their operational timings. Until management addresses this issue, be prepared for possible scheduling discrepancies that could impact your visit.
I hope they address this issue soon because with better management, they could easily become the go-to spot for car washing in the area.

I’m not sure if the hours are wrong on Google or what, but it says they open at 8. Got here at 8:45. I could get into the car wash but everything else was still closed up. There’s one part of the car wash that even when my mirror is put inward it grabs the mirror and pulls it back. This has happened at least the last 3 times I went. My mirrors are made to do that, but could be a problem on older cars. The car wash didn’t wash all of the soap off my vehicle, and because everything was closed up I couldn’t get a rag. I tried to go into the office to ask for one but the man had vanished. I tried calling and nobody answered. Super disappointing when I have a monthly membership to Take 5 and liked the ones when I used them in South Carolina. I’ll likely be cancelling my membership.

Helpful service and a pretty good wash, ( for a drive-through type wash, ) I just need to use a cloth to wipe off certain portions of my truck to remove residual water, etc, after drying.
