“I went into Ascent credit union to open a new account because I was fed up with the financial institution that I have been doing business with. I didn’t realize at the time that Ascent CU only had a few branches, otherwise I probably would have switched before now. I can remember a time when my previous CU was small with only a hand full of branches,. The one on one customer service that you would receive, almost felt like family. This is exactly the way Kaden at Ascent CU made me feel. The Roy branch was warm and inviting, and I was able to open my account, have all my questions answered and be on my way all in about 15 minutes. Way to go Kaden and the Ascent team. I highly recommend them to anybody that misses the personalized customer service of yesterday.”

“I have been using them as my financial institution ever since I got my first job. AFCU has always been very fair and worked with me on many different things, such as overdrafts and loans, with respect and kindness. When I first got married, my wife wanted us to have an account with her bank. We settled on using an account at both, then quickly transitioned to just AFCU because her bank would not work with us as much and was not as kind. I still love banking here. This branch is the first branch I opened an account with and there are still some great employees here.”

“This AFCU branch is superb. The workers always make me feel i am part of the afcu family. They always make me feel like i am important. They call me by name. They answer any questiins i have. If they dont know the answer they always search for the department that has the answer and gets me to correct answer.
This branch and its employees are a true asset to america first crefit union. They are the reason i keep my account with afcu. They make me proud to have been a member since 1974.
This is my preferred branch. I will go out of my way to go to this branch because of the way they treat me and i know my account is safe with them
