Never had a super wonderful experience here. For some reason they are discontinuing their drive up teller service, and the bankers I've dealt with have not been very friendly

They said they were busy. No one helped me and that delayed my Wire transfer.Edit: I'm going to change my review to 4-star as Wanwisa Millar helped me the other day in priority, right early in the Morning. Thanks to her, my Wire transfer got released on the same day. She deserves a raise!

Very smooth experience in opening a new bank account without an appointment. The lady was very friendly and explained me very well about their services.
