I enjoy my time at the Magna post office. Everyone is very helpful and go out of their way to serve me. Very pleasant atmosphere. Not sure why people give them a poor rating, but I think they are a great bunch of employees who do a great job. Great customer service.

The people that work here. Are the best there is. I've ordered baby chicks, a few times and the people that work here have called me as soon as they got them. Once a lady even bought them to my door. Best post office in the country right here 👌

What’s this bullshit? The package is wider than my opening. I’m going to have to attempt to open it inside the mailbox or call the post office help due to your postman’s lapse of judgement.
I get the postman’s side of the box is slightly wider but this is just pure laziness.

I constantly get other mail addressed to people in my neighborhood. Several times I have hand delivered mail back to the PO that is not mine and told them what is happening. I recently had to have my bank cards reissued because I never received the new ones and they consider them stolen. I have received very personal mail that is not mine so I am sure my mail is going to someone else. Get off your phone and read the address in your hand.

Again I have several pieces of mail that belong to my neighbor. 2 from the west of me and 3 from the neighbor to the east. Last week I had 4 pieces that were from a street a block away.

Everyone that works at this post office is a disrespectful and ignorant as you would expect from a jaded federal employee. Can't resolve a delivery issue is l if the employees are incapable of treating people with a modicum of respect.

Oscar is the most incompetent rude person i have met except for his supervisor who is worse. They wouldn't let me speak, yelled at me and interrupted me. The worst part is they lied to me. They are not capable of doing a simple change of address. Because of their incompetence I have not received mail for 3 months. When I went to the main office they said they have had multiple complaints about Oscar and his supervisor.

One of your postmen was driving by doing well over the speed limit put it this way he was going so fast when he's tired hit a manhole cover his car bounced he drove down the street and then drove back up the street driving a little bit faster his truck number is 1902 is the last four numbers on the top of it.

Someone delivering for this post office is stealing packages , make sure you beware and don’t have anybody send anything to Magna using USPS use UPS or FedEx. My daughter never got an important box from her grandma in Idaho and they said they delivered it at the mailbox. It was never there, Story after story about a key And it was locked in this box and just a bunch of excuses. Was never our porch was another story I heard ….If it looks like it’s a gift they’ll just steal it. Just utter disappointment and I’ve never had any problem of any city I’ve never lived in but here in Magna. Constantly missing Mail but that’s not a big enough deal but now it’s packages… Just horrible management.

I did not catch the employees name, but I assume she was the manager as people were asking her for direction. I've never met a more incompetent worker in any form of customer service profession as this lady. Her mouth was running at about 10x the speed of her brain and her ears were seemingly obsolete. She did not listen to a single thing I said and led me in the wrong direction multiple times. With people like this running the place it is no wonder my packages get delivered to the wrong house.

ew, lady on the phone had to of been the snobbiest person i’ve ever had to speak to, did not let me finish a single sentence, continued to cut me off, and spoke to me like i was dumb, without hearing the question i had to ask. what terrible service, don’t understand why someone has to be so rude to someone they do not know.

they’re literally the worst. this happened twice. i had a package coming and then it said delivered but it wasn’t even in my mailbox. i sent them an email about my package and they said they’ll have a carrier “double check” it. 2 days later i got a voicemail saying they’ve double checked it and it was in my mailbox. i checked the mailbox and it was not there allt all. i called them and they “THOUGHT” they had it double checked and stuff but there was literally nothing. i sent another report about my issue and they took so long to respond i had to send another one 3 days later. they said my package was lost. like how hard can it be to put the correct package in the correct mailbox? it’s literally a match making thing and it’s literally not the hardest thing in the world. a first grader might be able to do it better tbh. i’m just so pissed. they literally can’t do anything right anymore. they’re not even that precise in what they do. like what do you mean you “thought” you double checked?? you should’ve been more accurate with the info you give and the way you double check. now a package is lost. a package that money was spent on. like yeah maybe $40 seems small but it’s really upsetting if you’re looking forward to something and then it all ends up going bad because of people not doing their job properly and responsibly. it’s so annoying and i’ve been way too patient with everything, i tried my best to calm down but it’s just pissing me off at this point. “have a great day” no. you made my day worse, not worse but my day literally has just been ruined. it’s so stupid everyone who works there is stupid i hope you guys don’t do the same thing to others, but i have the lowest expectations from all of you guys now so you’ll probably make the same mistake a billion more times and never learn from it.

Not sure if the hours changed but on the doors it says 5:30 and the lobby is still open. I got here at 5:25 and the gate is closed and no one is to be found. Very disappointing since I was needing to get this piece of mail out today for legal purposes.
