I found Beau on TikTok and decided to go ahead and book him for a condo inspection. He was super helpful and talked me through while he notated needed repairs and helped me secure nearly $2,000 for a breaker box replacement! His reports are very professional and user-friendly. Service performed on 9.12.23 after receiving recommendation from my realtor. Viewed his Instagram videos and prior reviews before selection. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive and efficient in performing his inspection. On-site debrief post inspection was very informative. The on-line inspection report was easy to review and provided required guidance on what needed to be fixed or what was cosmetic or an FYI. Digital repor was consistent with the on-site debrief.
