WARNING: Do you shop here. Went in to get water and a Powerade and they told me I didn’t have sufficient funds, which I knew I did. The guy asked to see my card, (my fault for handing it to him) 30 min later, $400 vanished from my card. FRAUDS

Needed a real quick bite and made the mistake of not looking at the pizza before buying it. It was burnt and old. It had sat out well beyond when it should have. Normally, the 7-11 pizza is edible if not great. This time, it was not in any way. If anything, I am minimizing how horrible it was.

I think this store should be audited! I’ve bought smokes there it’s prices different then the 711 down the street. When I bought a 4 pack of Miller they charged 9 bucks when it says 3.99 always has been and when I told the guy he still charged then he opened the register and just gave me cash out the register when I paid with card. Not even the right amount back to me.. told me the price changed they just didn’t update the fridge which is a lie.. it’s 3.99 at the other 711 still. Last experience they had a table out that says buy one get one candy bar.. they charged 6 dollars and said oh that sign was for a blue basket only which wasn’t the fact. Also when I voiced it they laughed at me… false advertising !The 711 down the way has the same deal and I got it there. Also they are always on the phone and actually speaking to whomever while helping customers! These new people are fraud and steal in my mind… they don’t care for the store either.. worth driving a few more blocks to the store on 84 and 35th they care about their store and customers! Bypass this one! I’m sad because I’ve known many previous managers here who were great I’ve lived here 15 years and I won’t go back!!

I do DoorDash and just recently it’s a entirely new staff and they don’t know what they are doing. Do not speak English so I have no way to communicate. Very frustrating.

Looking at prior reviews, they all seem to say this 7/11 is creepy. They just have cleaned up quite a bit, because it's always very clean, and I've never seen any "weirdos" hanging around it. They also have a fee free atm for America first customers, which is pretty much the only reason I ever come here.However, I do end up buying something each time a come, and they guy that works here is always nice, and even gave me too much change once because he didn't want to give me a bunch of change

I like this place normally, they usually have a variety of things to choose from and pretty friendly cashiers for the most part.
